why did my avatar turn into a cat?? I can't access none of my items now!!

Go to your Customize Avatar page. Above the avatar is a bar with some base options. Click human. Save.

Because you changed it into a cat. Go back to your dressing room, and above where your avatar shows up is a little selection of avatar base presets. Click on the one that looks like a human and re-save. If you don't see it, use the arrows on the sides of it to find the one that looks like a human.
