never donated before when you donate what happens and how do you choice the item do you like get a pm just wondering

when u send a donation....at a later date u just get the letters in your inventory......

In any case, letters appear in your inventory after you donate. Then you open the letter (when it is unsealed) and choose one of two items.

As a rule, Rini-san is right, however there have been reports of people not receiving their letters lately, so don't be surprised if one does not appear in your inventory right away. You may need to submit a Feedback Form.
