I have a (for sure) feeling that's against Gaia's TOS.

but items that do it already exist, there's just not many of them
sundae sweets when worn on guys give you a sizeable package:

having a body part =/= being explicit. being suggestive =/= being explicit. you can make avatars with saucy items without making something sexually explicit. it's not hard, it's just that people aren't terribly creative apparently.

Zero Omega said that the nudity glitch becoming permissible wasn't a big enough deal to alert the general userbase when asked about it (which I disagree with, but whatever).

BUT that being said, if they're going to be consistent with inconsistencies, I don't see why having a bulge is such a big deal

I was happy to see that the Watermelon LQI allowed for a bulge on the male base.

Plus, if you look at the first post, the OP is specifically not asking for depictions of erect genitalia, just an acknowledgment that penises exist, men have them, and that they are not horrible, nasty, or sexually explicit just because they're penises. I wholeheartedly approve of this thread. I want items that would naturally show that an avi is male... to show that an avi is male. Speedos aren't something I actively wear much of, because of that very reason: Something is obviously missing. ^^;
