I can not believe you're selling babies for money now. Really, an evolving item based off ******** children? This is one EI I will never be buying for money or gold. Who knows, you might actually have the exact opposite reaction that I did with the Alruna's Rose. I loved it to death until the 3rd evolution, because I started seeing it become something I dreaded to have saw on the likes of Gaia. This item is gonna cause alot of disputes on Site Feedback though... I'm kinda dreading the first day it'll evolve. sweatdrop

What makes having a "baby" on your avi in ANY way making it a "toy" or "accessory?" If people want to roleplay as a mother or father, or whatever, or if they have children IRL, and want to express that through their avi, who are we to say otherwise...

Gaia made a VERY smart move; they appeased the minority that wanted to have "children/baby" items; while still giving us a seemingly and possibly grotesque and cool monster EI in the making...so what is the problem here?

They can't do any of that here, they are just pixels. If you hate babies that much and don't want to see them then that seems of a more personal problem. I don't like a lot of things that got turned into items but i just ignore them.

I remember people wanting to have babies for their avatars for ages. What about the people who are say, well over teenage years who are new mothers or fathers and happen to enjoy this site as a hobby? (Can't go out, maybe they find themselves staying home more often to care for their new child.) Even if the Changeling ISN'T human, it's still a nice thing to have for those people.
