B: Every newbie and their mother joined SIN around Halloween, and now they're being docked points for inactive members.

I subscribed to the SIN guild, and they constantly tell the users to all sacrifice themselves at once. I'm not saying everyone does it. Nor was my post necessarily specifically directed at anyone. It's just an observation.

I didn't say ALL the people who joined were newbies (and since when was this an offensive term o-e;?). But a new user is probably more likely to join the ~dark~ side around Halloween, not the lighter side, yes? Especially considering Gaia's overall demographic. Again, I don't remember putting you in any group..

I was under the impression that the guilds were actually required for the event for the longest time, since I didn't know how to join sweatdrop So I joined the guilds just to be sure, alot of my friends did the same. Not really sure how much of an effect the guilds have on the scores, but it's an interesting factor to consider ninja

I'm hoping we have a follow up event after this where we all fight Jack and get to keep our skins.. It kinda looked like the announcement hinted at that. (The Jack part anyways)

Im on the BOO team, and that "cheat" affected me aswell. So I don't how it was rigged when it affected BOO aswell.

I've thought this from the beginning, and I still think it's true. Now that everyone on SIN has gotten as many items as possible, a lot of them are hopping over to mules to get the BOO items. With the effect that it's helping raise our score in the process as people work towards their last 500 missions (to get the shield).

Gaia is definetly cheating....the following was originally several quotes but i took out the names so gaia mods don't get too mad at those who found or made these:

Of course the devs at one point froze sin's score... and let boo catch up.

We are now leading at 1/4 the amount we were before.

Now I noticed that the mission count is being tampered with.

I finished 55 missions, and got the "50 missions" achievement, then i looked at my missions count the next day and my mission count has went down.

10 minutes later, our score remains frozen while theirs nearly match ours. (Cheaters)



Then right when they catch up to us, both of the scores are unfrozen and working properly.





There is SO much tampering going on here that it isn't even funny.
They're not even subtle about it! wtf!

I could honestly care less if this event is rigged so that Boo wins, Sin wins, both tie, or NOM wins! You guys are just being big babies about the whole thing! Every time gaia makes us a nice event like this you do nothing but complain about how it isn't fair and how such and such side is cheating and how the items suck and it needs to stop! Maybe gaia shouldn't make any more events! How would you like that? No side could be cheating then!!!
