Why can't the female avatars wear the wetsuits...men can wear bikinis, so why can't women wear wetsuits.

I used to like surfing, and I wouldnt mind having a surfy kind of avatar, but I can't have a proper one that I want.
Anyone agree?

Because they were originally a male only item back before the unisexing project began. Either they'll release more wetsuits for everyone later, or the old male wetsuits will eventually get unisexed so females can wear them too.

It's just a matter of waiting to wear them so you gals can be surfer gals too.

This. 3nodding I'd prefer to see newer ones, like a pink one, but the old wetsuits weren't too high on the list of unisexing. I do believe they're doing most popular and then on down so they'll be done whenever they get to them.

Oh Gosh no. If you take a look at the journal for the unisexing team, they've got a long way to go. It takes them a good long while to unisex an item. It also takes them a bit to find which items need to be unisexed. It's a matter of actually having to redraw the item a bit to get them to fit on the difference of a male to female avatar.

Then there's equating in the fact female avatars have boobs that need to be drawn in and that their faces are much more angular than round. As an artist, I know that's got to be very tasking. I do concur though that you ladies do deserve some wetsuits.

I might even buy my effeminate bunny-male with the chest protrusion problem here a wetsuit if it appealed enough to me.
