Towns 1 is old and crusty. No one knows the code to fix it. Towns 2 has better coding and will be replacing Towns 1 no matter what people think.

Most people don't like change. Change is uncomfortable. But you'll get used to it. Most do. And if you don't, well, Gaia won't miss you not visiting Towns 2.

I agree, so far the new towns have been great and i’ve very happy my little barton cottage like home. They did a great job and I look forward to the finished result.

I'm just stating facts that Towns 1 is old and will be going away.

And it's true that people don't like change. You get comfortable with what you have and how you do things.

@OP: I went into towns 2 briefly, and loved it!
It was so vibrant and pretty.

I hope that I can find a solution so I can enjoy towns 2 soon. :c
I am literally frozen when I go in there. It has happen several times before which has turn me away from it. But now, with them oneday removing towns 1. I need to find a better solution to actually move in towns 2 and have a much more enjoyable time.

I thought it was pretty spiffy when I checked it out earlier - the coloring could definitely be described as vibrant, and the housing choices were nice. My only complaint/query is how in the blep bleep bleep do we explore neighborhoods? There's no directory thinger. :*(

dont give a dang and never will. i dont even know why i bothered visiting it, especially with the crash since i post in forums anyhow. and if i wanted to see some awe-inspiring scenery i would just go on zOMG! because it far exceeds towns 2 any day.

Hey Gem, could you do us a favor? Everytime I try to go from where the taxi is back to return to the main street area where we go to get to T2, I keep getting stuck on a light post and cannot move. Could you have the Dev fix that for us?


@ topic: I found something very funny and interesting. I chose Durem on this account. And I keep thinking "21b Baker Street" from Sherlock Holmes. It's very "British classy" in my eyes and when I went there with this current avatar, it felt like "home". Even though I am an American. mrgreen
