I've enjoyed the Spring Cleaning and hope it is done again.
I loved it, so much. You guys tackled a lot and are now considering further projects from this. I'm really glad you guys did it for the small and large fixes that you did do and now have a better knowledge of what some Gaians want to see fixed?

This might have set up further projects or set the groundwork for them. Least I think so.

I really hope that you guys do it again next year, because it really was enjoyable and seeing things actually getting fixed really helped show us that you guys do care.

I participated in the whole event, had two suggestions of my own, and would look forward to doing it again. Is the subforum going to stay open for future feedback and suggestions? I'd like it to, or at least to be able to look at those threads again. The PMs were really nice to receive and it really made me feel like I was helping to make a difference.

Overall, I hope you guys do it again next year, or perhaps consider a fall cleaning or something. It was a lot of fun to suggest things, give feedback, etc.
Spring Cleaning was a great idea. I really hope this gets done again. Things got fixed. And I love that! I think the spring cleaning was clearly for the better.

I think the Spring Cleaning went by really well. I loved the amount of user interaction--it really saves time when you know ahead of time where to put your efforts. (super disappointed that the footer is considering being removed. I don't use it and would fine with it gone, but there was such drama with it and if user input had been asked before making it then that time and effort could have been placed elsewhere from the very beginning.) I loved the user pms with the updates. It seemed like so much got done in such little time. Great job guys.

I'm looking foward to this becoming an annual event.
Spring Cleaning was great, and I think it really made a difference. (and made users feel like they were actually making a difference) Like stated before, we should do this more often... like once a year or so like typical spring cleaning, or even the suggested twice a year to see how smoothly everything is working.
Even so, it's great to already see some of the things fixed, and even know that some are finally going to get a much needed update.

I think it went great. I love some of the new additions, such as the new sig counter and the inventory search. I think it was nice that Gaia listened to it's members and it would be nice if the same could be repeated next year. Also liked the fact I was kept updated on what's going on through the Fixathon sign xd

Thank you SO much for allowing users to address what was most important to them -- and for listening to our requests!

I was on pins and needles waiting for the Bulk Sellback feature, and I'm so glad it's finally out! It's definitely been my favorite addition from the Spring Cleaning forum. :]
Spring cleaning was great other than the fact that when they tried to fix booty grab all they did was make it harder for paying customers to get plays on their tank and now not even tank owners can play BG. I really wished they would have fixed that before quitting esp when the fish ages didn't re-start (aka still glowing immortal and ghost fish). Not to mention their was no BG thread in the SC forum to discuss and thread in the Aquarium forum is seemingly neglected by the devs. Please at least restore BG so the game can at least be played!

I think this has to be a the top of list when it comes to Gaia's Good Ideas. I gotta say, this seems lot better than a dumb survey which I really wanted for a long time. You say a lot of things didn't get done, yeah, well, the ball got rolling on so much that really needed to be taken care of. So yeah, once a year, at least. Preferably twice a year so gaia can stay on top of all it's users grievances.
I want to thank the devs first and foremost for actually taking the time to sift through some serious site issues. That is the good thing. I liked the fact that users were messaged about updates to the progress. I also like that users could submit thier own proposals but I think the way this is done needs to be tweaked so there is not a continual repeat of the same idea washing away proposals with different concerns.

Now I want you to consider this:

Spring Cleaning would not have been necessary if you had regularly schedualed maintenance and actually USED your Bugs and Glitches forum. Successful sites do this. Usually about once every three months they address major site issues. In between those times they fix minor bugs and glitches.

You lose money as a company when you do not maintain features and update regularly. Here is a link to a thread that explains it. While it addresses the issue of not advertising features that are broken (games in particular) it also points out the cost effectiveness of a well maintained site.

http://www.gaiaonline.com/forum/site-feedback/if-you-are-going-to-advertise-a-feature-it-should-work/t.63132780/

I would also like to point out that while Jigsaw got new puzzles your devs never fixed the granting bug for that game. THAT is seriously ridiculous. You can not just add new content and think you have addressed the issue. If you tell the public you are going to address an area you address the ENTIRE issue that area has.
I HOPE YOU LOOK AT THE TOPIC ABOUT XP TO GOLD EXTENSION....

THERE'S MORE THAN 200 PEOPLE WHO VOTED YES....

& MORE WHO DIDN'T SEE THE THREAD...

IF YOU WANT... YOU CAN PUT A POLL...... BUT ANNOUNCE IT TO EVERY ONE...

PLS..... sweatdrop
