Sasha looks ******** horrible and Moira.. she's not the edgy chick she used to be.

I also completely agree with your opinion of Ruby.. I didn't even recognize her.

I feel that Vanessa no longer looks as intelligent. Her curves are gone, her hair has lost its definition, and her face isn't as intelligent.

Moira no longer looks like a strong girl, or at least healthy.

Alot of the girls look insecure, therefore trying to look sexy. I think Ruby should have a bit more modesty, Moira and Sasha need some definition and Vanessa needs to be changed BACK.

Personally I like the cell shading more then the soft shading. Makes 'em look less like rubber. But the pixel thing is ridiculous.

And wtf is with Ruby? I thought it was suppose to be a hat store...to go there for HATS. Now she's dressed like a victoria secret angel and they have clothes in there.

I'm an SF lurker brought out by the new art. To be honest, they don't look like themselves... I don't mind Liam. He looks nice. When I saw Vanessa my mouth fell open. Sasha.. well I'm glad that she's wearing clothes but she's just so skinny... It's unnatural. Ruby looks like a slut. .__. An old, cougar-y slut. Her expression makes it seem that way. Peyo looked nice though and I didn't mind Edmund's change... I'm really glad to have Louie in a shop and I love that one Twilight-bashing remark. XD And Moira looks nothing like herself. She looks... modest and kind. ._. [and skinny!]
All in all my feedback is mixed. There's some really nice art in there and then there's some not so nice. I'm really glad I did the SOS goldsink thing if only to have the items to remember the real shopkeepers by.

They did put more clothes on some of the characters. I mean, Vanessa is no longer shoving her clevage in your face, and Sasha is wearing a long shirt and not just a cloth around her boobs.

I like Moira's new look, honestly. Liam looks great, too, and Ian and Rufus are looking snazzy (despite lacking a bit in the detail department).

I don't like Ruby's new look, though.

Look I rarely ever complain about anything to do with what Gaia does or doesnt do, but this is in an occasion when I can't not complain.

I like the redesigns that's fine and good and whatever (except there is still no shopping cart which is annoying!) but it's all well and good the new layout is nice. BUT I CANNOT STAND THE NEW CHARACTERS!

They are an inaccurate representation of the female body, and yes I do realise they are anime and they are not meant to perfectly represent a person anyway, but it is not a genuine trait of the art style to have the girls looking sickly. It is also not a good portrayl of characters that young girls (i.e. teenagers) will be looking at day in and day out, they get enough about body proportions, weight, eating disorders in day to day life, it is not something that needs to be emphasised on Gaia.

Not only that but the redesign of these characters has lost so much feel for the actual characters. I don't look at them and go "Oh that's Moira....." or "Oh I love Louie because...." They don't look like the characters that I've known and loved for the past three years or so... They look like something that has been dragged from the bottom of the pile in the hope to bring a newer and hipper clientele to Gaia whilst neglecting the current clientele who love and to an extent worship what Gaia used to be (a big part of that was the originality and stability of our shopkeepers!)

They honestly don't look that skinny to me? I mean, they were always skinny but now they don't have HUGE X-BOX HEADS. So it looks odd to us.

I don't know, I really don't care if the cartoon shopkeeper is too skinny or not.

im really really upset about the new shops. Ian looks really really bad and so does rufus, they look... fake and uninteresting. Moira looks like a really cheep hooker in a badly animated box, all her personality has been sucked away. sasha looks like one of those teenybopers from Cartoon network, everything that made her exciting is gone to. Edmund is ok, im really ok with Edmund. aside from the really really bad name, its in poor taste if you ask me, i dont mind Liam's shop. Ruby... she makes me sad. she looks like a crack whore and an unfit mother! i dont like it at all. peyo is cute though.Vanessa... got a breast reduction and had her bottom two ribs removed, all of her sexy sultry personality is gone... she's boring.
yeah, those are my pet peeves. any shops not mentioned here are really ok or are largely unchanged.
dont get me wrong, i like the new layout. its just that artwork and character design that really pisses me off.

The male characters are okay, but just looking at Moira and Sasha makes me want to puke. I've seen Shin-Chan characters with better proportions than that.

I don't like most of the NPC's new outfits either. It's like they are totally different 'people' now, but I like to think it's related to the money we gave them, as money really does change people.
