remove background in MP preview

so in my avatar screen, I can choose to have a white background, or the dress-up closet background. I noticed in the MP though you can't choose to remove the closet background. Can we have the option please? I prefer looking at items in a white background, since that's what my avatar will look like in the forums.

Why not use the item search option on the dress up page? You can have it on a white background, it's twice as large so you can actually see the item you're looking at, and you can try it on with items you already own or other items you're thinking about buying. All in all it's much easier to just look at new items with the dressup page.

I do wish they had a white bg option for previewing. There has been plenty of items that I've had a hard time telling what they look like with that bg in there.
And while the dressing room bg is cute and sets a cute little mood, it just gets in the way when we mostly deal with white behind our avis.

That's nice for items that you can view, but not everything shows up in that search. If they would actually label stuff right this wouldn't be a problem.

Personally, the search is still kinda funky. It's tough to get around, and while it's good for multiple items, if you just want to see one item, it's faster to go through the marketplace, because it shows prices actively, rather than relying on the "lowest buy now" or whatever prices (that aren't always accurate).

Yes, I've had to make threads about it in the past. The first one got results, the other hasn't yet unfortunately. I'm more concerned about getting that straightened out than another remove background button.

I kinda like the curtain background myself. But having the option to remove it like in the dress-up page would be nice!

I like the atmosphere the backgrounds provide, but even I switch to the white background at least briefly to double check how things will look.

I understand the search function in the dress up makes another in the shops seem redundant, but no more so than having a try it on option there to begin with. So as long as they keep a try it on option in the stores, the option for a white background should probably be added.
