New Gaia Cinemas (Love Matrix? Sick of it? Other Concerns?)

Honestly... I like the idea of having to pay gaia gold for tickets, its a nice little gold sink that I think would/will work quite well in the future. However, I do not like the gaia cash option.. because from what I understand it will be "gaia cash only tickets".

In all honestly I don't think that anyone's going to pay gaia cash for a movie that they can find pirated on another site. At the rate that gaia's going with gaia cash only items and opportunities, many gaians are going to be discouraged and leave.

That's the thing, if you watch it on another site, it's going to be pirated, and unless you wait until there's a DVD rip it'll be terrible quality.
This way you can get it cheap, and legally, rather than free and illegally.


Only problem I can see is technical problems. If someone pays to watch a movie, and the movie fails to load, will they be refunded?

I currently can't get ANY movie to load, AT ALL.
If I'd paid in cash, I'd have just been ripped off, because I can't see this glitchfest working any time soon.

Well. You have to install somehting, and I can't install it. But I really want to watch a movie. Like matrix. So make it so you don't have to install anything, like the onld cinima's. I like them better

I'm trying to watch a movie and all I get is a black screen I installed the update and whatnot and all I get is sound. What do I need to do? I use Mozilla for my browser.

I agree with Dark mistress megs. Many people are going to be discouraged by the gaia cash only options... Also downloading this new program is causing people to get frustrated including myself. Because it's honestly not working at all.

this new thingy is all fine and dandy, but i when i tried to watch the movies, it said i had to download the system first. i am worried that if i do that my computer will crash from trying to install it....

I agree with you completely. I, being a buyer of Gaia Cash, don't really want to have to spend $5 to get 500 Cash, then spend x amount of my Cash to watch something that I have on my DVD shelf.

i loaded the plug and it wont work
