But not enough to make a subforum.

Why not create a guild for Japanese music (does that include traditional Noh theater music, folk music, or just J-Rock? neutral ) and invite people with similar interests to join?

There is a subforum for Japanese music...and other countries' music. It's called the International Music subforum, and it's in the Music Forum.
