Despite being happy with the items we have on Gaia overall, I find myself wishing for two things:

1: Eyebrow mods. That's mostly because I lovelovelove this Gino The Navigator hair, but I haaaaaate the eyebrows that come with it. (Then again I have found ALL the headbands on Gaia now...)

2: Brown body dye.
Gaia, Y U no give us Brown body dye?!

About the second idea though. Wouldn't the skin tone potions in the shops be considered like brown body dye?

Some sort of invisible potion so that you could hide your avatar skin but show companion and background items.

There is an item kind of like that. I think it's called Imaginary Friend or something like that. However, i do know what you mean since Imaginary Friend still shows the outline of your avatar.

That's probably why they did it, but I still want one for two (well, three) reasons:

A: I don't like potions. It's fussy - you have to go to your inventory, open it, use it, refresh the page and then go back to dress up; while with dyes and skins you can take it on and off, checking the color vs. what you have equipped easily

B: Brown is a ~big~ category of color, and the skintones only have a set number of colors. The Valentine's day chocolate skin is a nice color, but a difficult skin to use because of the preset face and "hair." I'd like a brown dye that's not quite a skintone - more of a pure brown just for the sake of being a dye.

(3: What else should Gaians do with their hoarde of 500+ brown inks?!) wink

Hm, that actually sounds interesting. Maybe the admin and artists can look into it. But that's IF we can get them to notice this thread and everyone's ideas. I'm going to try hard to get this thread noticed by them.

What about an item that 'Hides' your avatars normal ears? It would probably look nicer for all the catgirls going around with 4 ears, although I've no idea how hard it would be to program something like that in.

Another alternative is to select a hairstyle that covers your normal ears, though there aren't a lot of hairstyles that do that, there are a few, along with some wigs.

Personally, I think a lot of items could be remade with different colors. Also, the option of wearing eyes/lips separately would be nice also. Many eyes look wonderful, along with lips, but some people just don't like wearing both at once.
