P1 = Phase 1 = Getting an admin's permission
P2 = Phase 2 = Creating the MMO and Battle System
P3 = Phase 3 = Testing & Further Development with a set amount of users
P4 = Phase 4 = Final Tweakings and Final Development
P5 = Phase 5 = Gaian Release of MMO + Battle System 1.0

I don't think so. Your offering your services...but usually they don't accept it from just anyone. It's worth a shot though and the feedback form is pretty much the <i>only</i> way to get their attention.
