The best way to go about requesting this is to find out the artist of the item, and talk to them about it. Having a completely new pose (like the Overseer's hair) would probably be a lot harder to swing than a bit of a tweaked pose (Sentinel's horns minus hair), though.

On the one hand, I would be prepared to constantly stalk until I find the artist and PM her/him about it, but on the other hand I'm hoping the artist will just hear our pleas. I hate having to bother people, especially busy people.
