Gaia Site Re-design Comments Welcomed

What the dueces.... Ok... Time to relearn how to navigate through this site that seems to get more and more complicated to navigate through with each update. I just hope that it would revert to what it was in the good ol days (the layout before the previouse layout)

I feel insulted htat my hideaway for geeks is now covered with preppy logos, blinding white and resembles something I can get simply by signing up for a forum of my own.

I'd just like the say the overwhelming majority of gaians feel frustration/anger/ and even sickness due to the bright blinding whiteness. This makes people uninterested in the site to say the least.

If people do not like your site, they won't reccomend it to their friends or constantly post.

Constant posting keeps people intersted and makes people wnat to donate money. Reccomendations creates a pool of potential new donators. Since neither of these are likely to happen, Gaia's update has flushed money down the drain.

Also, these 'featured' things and 'give new gaians hugs and presents' will likly cause complaints due to lack of being featured enough, hugged enough, or given enough presents. Thus people will fight and spam for firends to back up their complaints, presents, and hugs.

Considering the large amount of people on Gaia, this will be big news about how much this is going on and create a large amount of bad publicity for Gaia, which will in turn scare away potential both fans and potetnial newbies.

Instead of staying on and bitching and whining in every thread, I'm leaving Gaia to be a weekly thing now instead of an all-day thing and I'm gonna go watch TV and read a book.

The new layout isn't lettings me work and put stuff into my gaian house, and plus it takes too long to load the avatar change clothes setting. Another thing its way to WHITE!

I don't like this new layout. It's plain and I feel like in the air with so much white... and my avy is so small and low quality xp
I think the best layout that Gaia has been able to make has been the first one. When it begun.

Announcements should be put at the top of the home page when you sign in cos I already have seen so many people not even know anything about the announcements and then ask questions. They should have been important with the new layout and put somewhere obvious to encourage people to actually read them. neutral

Suggestions:
-make it a bit darker.
-font bigger
-Not soo wide >.<
-make the links colored after we clicked it.
-Loose the gaian kids at the top, they're scary.

There's no way I can say this nicely.. the new layout sucks.
The logo bites. It's lame and I feel it doesn't represent what Gaia is. It looks like Gaia has turned into a beach resort.
And why the change? Didn't we just have a major site change a little while ago? I had just finally gotten used to that one and now I have to start all over again.
As for the navigation, it's just not working for me. And the avatar disply in the corner is so.. .lacking everything. Maybe it's just my moniter, but the avatar seems down sized and pixely.
There's nothing I can say that everyone hasn't already said.

The new lay out blows, bt it's highly unlikely that they'll change it, so oh well.
