Can you give us an actual sample page instead of a picture of a sample page? I really don't know what it's gonna look like in my browser window based on those.

Right now, it looks pretty "blah" to me though. I'm one of the people who (still) hates the current layout though. I miss the world map and big pretty shopkeeper images.

I think it looks okay so far. I'm not too excited about the "See Profiles" section with the real life picture and all. It will look too much like a blog site! Another suggestion, the color of the word Gaia should probably stay pink. People will be confused and annoyed if the color is changed probably because it has been pink since the beginning. As for navigation, I can't comment on that because I can't see it very well. x.x As for the shops, maybe change it a little bit so it doesn't look so blocky and more friendly, possibly including all of the background too like the older layouts? Maybe include more of the traditional angel wings too? cry

Edit ~ One more note. I love the look of the titles of the sections.

Thankfully it looks a lot less like the interior of an airplane. I'll admit though, I'm not feeling that little circle of whatever it is in the main header. And I'd rather see the avi in the left as opposed to the right, (to prevent the whole accidentally logging out thing) but if the logout button is below where the gold count is, I won't mind as much. 3nodding

I love the way that new layout looks. It seems much easier to use, and I love the pretty orange colour! You all must have worked so hard to get this out, I really want to see it! *Is very excited about the new layout* :3
