Gaia gets ads from KNOWN -malware distributors-

What I feel is necessary - Gaia controlling its ads. They must find a way. Its just not okay - no matter what the TOS says - to let users be redirected and attacked by malicious ads. It gives Gaia a bad reputation. Its bad for business.

We arent reporting individual ads. The people gaia are buying the ads from are shady companies KNOWN for being bad.

I've been hounded by atdmt or something...
I've seen that one on the url on the bottom left side of the screen while Gaia's loading.
That and doubleclick.net... I HATE doubleclick.net.

We seem to almost never agree on most any thing but this is just plain wrong. I have been very lucky with getting little to no popups and the like but if it's as bad as others are saying somthing must be done. Exspecally if the problem is as strait forward as it seems.

Yeah, Fleep posted earlier claiming they didnt know what kind of ads they're getting yet.. they.. have the companies listed.. I mean.. you have to know something to list it, right?

Yes thats what gets me the most I think they need to scrap there ads and look else were.

I'm simply amazed that so many people don't use an ad blocker. There's no excuse for it. If you end up with issues caused by ads, it's your own fault. The internet is like sex, you gotta use protection or you're going to get "diseases". Simple fact, get an ad blocker.

I do use adblockers.
The scripts can get past adblock plus though, in some cases.

I got one adware virus, ten tracking cookies, two talking ads, a pop-up, and a re-direct from Gaia all since the beginning of this year.

Gaia knows the problem exists, Gaia knows what the problem is. But they're just going to ignore it and hope it goes away..?

In some cases though, people are using the family computer or using someone else's computer, and they're not allowed to download stuff on it. Keep that in mind. So no, it's not always their fault.

Ugh, I've been getting malware warnings for awhile, now. XD;;; Oh, Gaia. Please do something about this. I don't want my laptop to explode again. ._.

I don't usually agree with you Astral (XD I'm sorry, calling you "Dicks" would feel mean...), but on this...x_X;;; Yeah, this is bad. Very, very bad. I hope Gaia does something to change their ads. Emphasis on the hope.
