I think the Seracila Pendant isn't using Greek astrology (the one most people use today) but rather Babylonian astrology. See also this article:

Nice that they are using other Zodiac's besides the Greek and Chinese ones. I'm hoping the next time they do something zodiac releated they would use the Native American version.

Well, the Greeks took it from the Babylonians. xd The Babylonians basically invented "western" astrology (in fact they did it early enough that Taurus was the first sign of the spring, not Aries) as we know it. Their symbolism is also somewhat different.

Basically, this may be an astrologically based item, but don't expect the typical "twins" for Gemini or a virgin for Virgo. There may also be a bunch of Babylonian/Sumerian mythology references.

Something wierd I noticed...The Case of Pietro has been renamed. I wasn't using the account that my Pietro was on, so this is probably old news to everyone else, but it now reads, The Cold Case of Pietro. Does this mean the item has been finished, discontinued, put on hiatus indefinately? Frankly, I paid for more than a single evolution item, and I think Gaia owes me some sompensation if their EI was finished prematurely.

the journal isnt becoming what i was hopeing for at all just sold mine i still think its gem who is making it and ethe......the first stage of the pendant does remind me of that crystal butterfly thing in the gogh and if you look closely at the cape the white pin thingy (dont know what to call it reminds me of the fallen wish star

Nope it hasn't been finished. It's just in a dormant state, lull, rut, delay something along these lines but this might not be for much longer at all. Some more CoP comics have been added to the linked page.
