This, pretty much. I think that was the last one I bought. I've bought Cash since, but it's gone towards EIs, not shitty RIGs.

I thought it was understood that in order to battle the AIing of things like Mercury's Moon, more RIGs would have to be released to make them a little more common.

Or they could just release them into the CS.

I just like to dress my doll. I've never understood the elitism behind items, really. Outfits, maybe, but items? Who cares if I have a mercury moon if I can't make it look as good as you do? You know that s**t is still shitty even if it's rare s**t.

But,
RIGs are definitely not in my budget. I retract my statement about buying the new RIG to sell off. I'm spending my money on something I know I will enjoy, and will give me excitement that lasts longer than the few seconds or minutes it takes to gamble away my money on pixels.

I'm buying Pokemon Platinum. Screw Gaia. Nintendo's a greedy a** corporation but at least they know how to keep loyal customers.

Well... I guess Gaia is listening to their users.... you know the ones who actually enjoy the RIGs! There's plenty of people who enjoy them, who like the experience of gambling on getting a super rare item.

I was thinking a compromise on this situation might be to allow the items from the RIG to be sold in the cash shop, excluding maybe the super rare items. Then, also sell the RIG itself... so for those who would like to spend less, they can buy the RIG and gamble on getting that *rare* item or they could just buy it in the cash shop. Although... I'm sure people would complain about not being able to buy those rare items from the CS.

I don't know... from my point of view it just seems like people are complaining because they don't want to have to spend the gold on items they know are gonna cost a huge chunk of change once it hits the MP. I rather like that these super hard to get items are something I'm going to have to strive for by earning gold. It's a huge part of why I enjoy Gaia.

I hope that Gaia continues to keep on issuing RIGs... they are another exciting part of Gaia that I enjoy.

I could say... well just because we're a minority - doesn't mean Gaia isn't listening to us.

But this poll only reflects those who visited this thread. The people likely to click on it are people who feel the same way as the OP who reflected the main theme of what they were going to talk about in the title. So I hardly think it counts much. But that's just how I view it. Not to mention that the SFs only reflect a small group of people in the entirety of Gaia.

That would be interesting... I wish Gaia would set up polls which they announce so that they could really get feedback. I don't put a lot of trust in user polls simply because the title has to be interesting enough for the user to click on the thread itself.

I say Gaians should boycott the RIG and demand they be
released straight to the CS? O_<
I mean the Wed of Darkness seem to be doing pretty well right?
It was being sold for 794gc....and people seem to be eating it up.

T__T I'm sure they'd get a lot more money if
they just sold the items for expensiveness straight from the CS.

Rather than RIG items...and people getting more disappointed...
and the inflation going higher from too much gold in the system
from failed coins again!

I really want to get the winks, Sailormoon, Suzumiya Haruhi and the Star Trek. I'd hate for the prices in the MP to soar to the high-heavens because of the limits of the random items like so many of the best items around. Please Gaia, let them be direct sales from the CS. That way, people will buy the items specifically.
