The more I look at it te more I don't like it. Plus the model is kind of scary, not inviting.

I think Gaia should stay away from the use of real life photographs. I like the third avatar design though, but maybe have more variation in the avatars (i.e. different hairstyle/hair color)? And the background of lockers reminds me of school, and I think everyone wants to forget about school when they're at home, not be reminded of it when they go to their favorite site.
