Nice and colorful without being too busy. Obviously you guys feel it's necessary to SHOUT at us about how many people are online. If that's the case, fine, but that counter is UGLY. Find a better one. So far, I like designs #1 and 3.

I love the over all design, adn the fact tht it is one picture ties the whole thing together, and give a since of uniformaity, and congruity.
