I rated this one a 4, the organization is pleasing, the avatars are necessary, in my opinion, because that's the main staple of Gaia!
And maybe it's my OCD, but the photo in the middle doesn't mesh well with the other two, otherwise I probably would have rated it a 5. whee

Likeable - but the pictures of teenagers are kinda deceiving and for someone reason give you the wrong message/impression.

You should also change the AVATAR ARENA to just ARENAs.

I prefer this design over the other mini you style you showed today and the one you have been trying out on the home page, because it does not define one single person, or single them out, I am not too fond of the pictures in the photographs though. I like the variety of the different style of avatars. I said this on my other posts but the bottom third really needs something interesting done to it, even some added colour like a new border would be nice.
