One person may want to talk about cardio, another weight training, a third nutrition.

There are all different types of nutritional diets that work for some people, but don't for others. Trying to cram all those different types of exercise/diets/nutrition help seems like it would be way too much.

But to business. I mentioned in Ask the Admins tonight that i would love for Gaia to have a running team of sorts, and one thing lead to another.

I would love for you and the rest of the team to have a dedicated Health and Fitness forum if there is not one already. Perhaps have it added to Lifestyle Discussion?
