yeah they did contact me after that thread
but still trying to communicate about the recolors
got some technical issues
now I am somewhat unsure on what items I want recolored because of certain restrictions I cant do crying

Brain has contacted the staff before, but he still is waiting for them to resolve the 10-doll issue.
Sometimes they can move so slow. Other times, they just ignore the users.
For as much cash as people plank down, they should really pay attention and fix this.

Why does it matter who's in charge of the thing if technically as a company Gaia should be responsible for everything not dumping the jobs on individuals that need to do all from A to Z... Especially when the item is made and out... What problem should it make to just add additional missing copies to your account?

At worse if something is not working why not just make the item inside the admin account and send by trade if they can;t access your inventory?
Does that mean there aren't any wings inside the RIG?

Because that's what I feel after seeing all people openings, not a single copy from what I know?

I am really jealous on those wings tho, looks amazing.

i think its because only one person is left in charge to granting custom made items
i could imagine she is overwhelmed and easily overlooked

I saw my BRAINchemized wings is already released.
It is a recolor from my Rainbow Ticket, yet I never received the 25 copies you were supposed to grant me.
I thought I would be getting the copies first, before it is released.
First you gave me glitched BRAINity dolls, and with only 10 copies (instead of 25).
Then my fish mask wasn't positioned correctly.
Then you made me wait forever to get attention on my Obsidian.
Now this.... I feel unloved ... emo

From Rainbow Tickets you only do get 10 copies I thought... (at least that's the way it is with Golden Tickets and Ruby Tickets...)
