I realize that I am repeating what others have said (and myself) but since this is what SF is for, I shall restate:

While on one hand I realize that RIGs are a great way for Gaia to make money on those who will buy RIGs, I don't like that, for my money, I get a very small chance to get what I want.

Luckily, if I want something that bad, I can just buy a Cash Shop item, flip it for Gold, and buy the thing I want on the marketplace at its inflated Gold price.

I haven't been buying any RIGs to use for myself since the GeeBoy Turbo, and I only bought that because I thought it wasn't a RIG, but something you'd need skill for to get better items

I wouldn't MIND something like that. Say you play Mastermind, or a Soduku type game, or whatever. The better you do at it, the better prize you get. Makes sense to me.

I did buy the Lucky Star bundles, but that's because they were worth 400k each when I sold them on the marketplace. MUCH better than what I would have gotten had I tried to use them. So no more even buying RIGs for me.

Also, the 90% chances on some stuff? Who are they kidding? I had 9 Famestar 2000, and failed THREE times on the first level. That's not 90%, that's closer to 60%. Which really sucked.

This is what I have been doing as well. Lucky for me, they tend to drastically drop in prices in the month they come out.
