Avatar Item Glitch Report Thread

With thousands of items available on Gaia, it is not uncommon for our artists to overlook errors when creating items. This thread is for reporting these avatar glitches. Only items that you can equip on your avatar count as avatar items; you can report all other non avatar item bugs and glitches HERE.

If you find a glitch please check to see if it has been reported yet. If it has not been reported please post it here.

All glitches must be reported in the following format. All reports not filed in the correct manner will be ignored. We reserve the right to decide what is and is not considered a glitch.

Please post in the following format

Glitch description: Layers over the Ponytail hair. I'm pretty sure it's not supposed to do that, since when I previewed other hair (such as the Valentina and Bookish) in the Salon, the badges didn't layer over them.

Item Name: Spartan Gloves (tops used in the example image are the Ugly Orphan Sweater, Cream Woven Abalone Button Blazer, and Arrhh!! Midnight Coat, respectively)

Glitch description: the gloves unnaturally layer on top of what looks like almost every top/long-sleeved item, not just the ones shown

Item Name: Queen Bee + ANY gloves

Avatar Gender: I have a female avatar and its glitching for me. I don't know if its like this for males.

Glitch description: When you equip any gloves with the Queen Bee Stinger pose, the gloves layer above the sword. They should layer behind it.

Glitch description: on the Customize Avatar screen there's a large green goo box that appears when any of the three shorts are equipped, and while it disappears when the avatar is actually saved, a black/transparent line slicing through the avatar's legs appears instead

Glitch description: Green goo takes up where the transparency in the cloak should be. Only happens when sitting while facing backwards. Might possibly be limited to the Flash environments.

Avatar Gender: Both? Haven't actually tested it on female avatars, so just guessing.

Glitch description: The base legs remain visible, even if one is wearing a leg-mod that should cause the legs to disappear.

Glitch description: Parts of the hairstyle and wigs cut off sections of the headphones/hoods/earmuffs

Pose Name: Cookie Boots (purr). There's only one pose in the Picnic Sun Hat.

Glitch description: illogical item bumping. If I equip the purr pose of Cookie Boots, the hat unequips. If I equip the hat, Cookie Boots gets unequipped.

Glitch description: When wearing certain garment items like leggings and the wool tops the default underwear shows over equipped bottoms and pokes through the sides if said bottoms are tight enough.
