It's completely asinine that I have to fill out a whole questionnaire about an account I haven't logged on to in 12 months. Who I've traded with? What was traded? Really, Gaia? /Really/? I have not been on there in a year... Do you really expect me to remember that crap? You act like I have it written down - I don't.
Also, before I submitted the ticket it clearly stated it can take up to SEVEN business days, then I read something else and it says FOURTEEN business days. Are you kidding me? I have to wait /THAT/ long to use my account, just because I have not been active in a year? This is stupid and I'm sure a bunch of people can agree with me on that.
You state that it's "easy" to reactivate your account when it isn't easy at ALL. What if that account was my only account? So I have to go and make a new account just to reactivate? wow.
Here's a suggestion, how about instead of these tickets, you just put SECURITY QUESTIONS onto our accounts? If you're /that/ concerned with hackers and the like...
Because these ticket things are nuts. I shouldn't have to wait that long, no one should.
