I think it would have to be a little more than 13, seeing as there is a VAST ammount of people, other than that I think it sounds cool, would be a cool way to show off all the differant styles that gaia has.

As RebelNovelist said, if you would like to participate in a contest you can either organize one or participate in existing (user-run) ones.

This is a role-play community after all, the Admins do not have to create a special feature for every little thing. Sometimes you can really have fun by doing it yourself.
