I'd ask to go higher and higher in management. Get the names of the customer reps you spoke too, write down what they said and when you spoke to them. Then ask to speak to the higher up if they don't help you. And the next one.

I just got back home! I went and visited my good friend at her uni, and we ate these delicious wedges and Bernard pizza XD
And then she helped me pick out a few nailpolish colours since they were going for a dollar each!
Just that my nails are horrible and chip so it's rare that I can paint them ><
