Yeah they get pissed about name changes. I had to make a new one too.
I transfered my funds to my back account, and it's said it's been completed for two days not, but the funds are not in my bank. Thats all my money besides what's in my wallet and checking account surprised

I tried dealing with Fastway/an online store about the item that failed to deliver to ME but to someone else somehow and after awhile they just didn't bother replying to me >_>! Even though I was doing my best to stay polite.. =_=

I'd ask to go higher and higher in management. Get the names of the customer reps you spoke too, write down what they said and when you spoke to them. Then ask to speak to the higher up if they don't help you. And the next one.
