If you look at other bumpers' posts you should be able to get more of an idea on how it works xD Explaining it can get a bit wordy but it's straight-forward ^^

PC's the number of (yet to be paid for) bumps you've done for that week, and it resets to 0 once you send in your labelled pay-trade
If you look on the start/stop thread, you'll know what count each slot is at and where to start from.

So say for example Slot x is at 240 // 1000 bumps
But someone bumped it 50 times, so currently it's at 290 // 1000
And you've done 100 bumps so far prior. When you start bumping it, you'll be counting from 291 onwards, but from 101 onwards as your personal count in white

291 // 1000
PC: 101

292 // 1000
PC: 102

Well, it's in the Starting & Stopping Posts thread that you'll find the slot updates with the current orders and their counts and everyone's start/stop posts, which you look at to find which slot would need bumping, the order details, who's working on what at the moment, etc.
Here are the bump icons that you can pick any of to bump with ^^
There's also a few pre-made layouts in this thread.

Just another note that we don't speed bump our orders (more than one bump a minute) by default because that's not what a customer looks for and most forums don't move that fast ever xD Slot 7's an exception, though (:
