Mintchan, I do not know if we should include music. I know that libraries have music sections, but then they also have movie sections. We run the risk of getting away from the theme of a library and books to just quotes in general. It would be expanding the shop beyond the original idea, and the original idea was unique, whereas there are a few shops that bump with quotes in general. On the other hand, you are right in that it would provide more quotes to use and expand our customer basis. |

 Lucian: Another reason not to: That would be waaaay too many categories. I mean, how would we separate them? By artist? There's a lot of those. And how would we choose who to use? By our favorites? Because you guys have likely never heard of a few of mine. I'm not saying we shouldn't. I'm just trying to think of pros and cons, and the only pros I can think of are that people like music. But then that's not a very good one, because they like all different kinds of music, and it would be really hard to cover them all adequately. Maybe we separate the quotes by genre? But that's also bad because some people like a genre but have that one artist that they absolutely hate. I suppose we might have the same problem with the books, but most people who choose any book will choose it because they don't read at all, so they don't care. Most anyone who likes to read is going to have at least one on the list they like, since we chose so many popular books and a few classics. |

Thank you Lucian, but I have to say that adding music will be much to complicated. Its an idea for a separate shop, but not this one. Not to mention there are so many categories of music, the results would be overwhelming. |
