Horiscope is the same as double horiscope but a lot fewer cards and a lot les depth. The twelve houses are the twelve astrological signs. I would do the exact same thing I just did for your horiscope but less info in each thing.

And He,She,It shows a current relationship.

I can't show what would happen in a possible relationship. But if you do that it shows what they want and what their realationship wants. So if they don't know eachother than it doesn't work.
