Welcome to the Chinchin Bumpers!
We are very happy that you have found your way to us.
One thing that you need to know before you go any further
is what the name stands for and that is: Chinchilla's! An odd but adorable fluffy little creature.
Animations of chinchilla's are around our main thread and
will also be posted around the guild for those of you who don't know what they are
and are interested in seeing what they look like!
Another thing about us is instead of just saying the word plain old "bump";
We always use different shaped, colored and interesting looking bump pictures
(Unless otherwise asked not to, of course =)).
This way it keeps the fun in your thread and doesn't just look like bumping.
All our bump images are marked as "ChinChin Bump".
Once you see this, you know The ChinChin Bumpers have arrived!

IMPORTANT!:
This is all to you new bumping services out there...
Now, just because you want to start a bumping service; It
doesn't give you the right to steal ideas or copy layouts and such from any
other bumping services and especially those that have been around longer then you!
Have enough decency to come up with your own designs and choice of words or
I will be seriously pissed off and won't hesitate to report you if I see it happen.

2g per bump (every 1-4 mins.)
(This does not mean bumping every 1-4 minutes, this means when a bumper is bumping in your thread they will bump every 1-4 minutes until they stop)


We have a few things which must be specified:

*****If you ever have a problem with a bumper or anything with this bumping service, contact xxFallenAngel88xx, Kiss of Frost or Apple Blossom19, do not take it up with a bumper personally, I will deal with them as necessary, when customer's get involved it complicates things too much*****

1. Unless you give a specific time limit and we don't do the amount of bumps before it... We don't refund your remaining amount of bumps, you have the option of switching them over to a new thread or put them on hold until you want us to finish them.

2. If you have a bumping contest that is very active in your thread or just active friends/customers and what not and multiple pages get done a day; please don't hire us. It's a major pain to have to go through pages of bumps just to find our last bump to continue from.

3. We don't bump a specific amount of time per day, it is a set number and you can put a limit of how many times we bump a day but we don't bump a certain amount.

4. We will not bump between specific times (Example: between 3-10 EST), it causes to many problems and there aren't always bumpers online for that.

5. We won't bump more then 1-4 minutes apart, it caused to many problems before because it takes too long.

6. You cannot order under 100 bumps, that is just a waste of time.

7. Don't order 1000 bumps and expect them to be done in a few days, we are a busy bumping service with many orders and need a reasonable time limit. 250 bumps = 3/4 days minimum, 500 bumps = 6/7 days minimum, 750 bumps = 1 week and a 1/2 minimum, 1000 bumps= 2 weeks minimum.

*First off if you have just applied and get hired as a bumper and there's a day or even a few days left before payday you don't have to do the minimum requirement of 100 bumps a week, you can worry about that for the following week.

*Payday will be EVERY sunday.

*You must post your total of bumps you make every sunday
in the "Payday For Bumps" post in the guild.

*If you are caught lying on how many Bumps you have made,
your payment will be deducted by at least 25% - 50% off.

*Bumpers are paid 2g for every bump they make.

Info:
*First, you MUST read this whole post. If you are applying for a job you must post a heart somewhere in your bumper application to prove you read this post because it is one of the most IMPORTANT. heart

***You must show up within 2 days of being hired or you lose your job, unless you let me know you won't be able to start right away.

*If you just got hired as a bumper and there's a few days left before payday you don't have to do the minimum requirement of 100 bumps a week.

*If you order from us you cannot count your own posts in your thread.


**When your hired, add a Banner or link linking back to the chinchin's main thread.

** Accept the invite into the guild.

** Check things out and get aquainted with the guild so you know what to do and when.

** Once you decide your about to go bumping, bump the main thread once.

*EVERY single bumper must check the Order status sticky in the main guild every day to make sure the bumps are on the right track.

** Go in the customer list, choose an order and check if anyone is bumping there. (You can only choose to bump 1 order at a time)

** Come to the main thread and post which order your about to bump.

Post Example: Bumping TW!NKLE BL!NKS To 2000 Bumps

When you're done doing those bumps.

Post Example: Done Bumping TW!NKLE BL!NKS To 2000 Bumps On Page 300

** Then go in the guild and in the subforum "ChinChin Bumps and Banners" and choose which custom chinchin bump you'd like to use.

** Do a minimum of 5 bumps in each order that way others will know when your done and do a maximum of 20 bumps per order A DAY, to give others a chance.

** When done your amount of bumps, come back in the main thread and post your done bumping and where your moving onto next.

** If you'd like to keep track of how many bumps you do easily go in the guild and in the subforum "All bumper stuff", go to the topic "Track my bumps" and post how many bumps you've done.

** Repeat this through the week until it is sunday.

** On sunday count your total of bumps you've done go in the guild and in the subforum "All bumper stuff", go to the topic "Payday for bumps" and post your total of bumps you've done this week.

** I will then send you a trade with your pay, accept it as soon as possible and restart the same process of bumping all over again! smile

The X's beside every bumper's name represents how good a job their doing, depending on if they follow rules, good behavior and doing the job right. Once there are no more X's the bumper gets fired. Examples of how many X's you lose for what reason.
(if you don't do the required 100 bumps a week without notifying me why, 3 x's off.
if you don't post which order your bumping in the main thread, 1 x off.
If you don't obey the rules, 1 x off.
If you don't obey customer job preferences, 1 x off.
If you don't have a banner or link to us in their signature, 1 x off.
If you don't use custom ChinChin bumps, 1 x off.)
