no there isnt.
Its called free will, its against the wiccan rede to force someone to do something, alas it will come back at you 3x worse.

You cant use magick, spells and chants or whatever to solve your problems, or cover up your mistakes. Just wait it out or try to solve whatever without forcing someone magickally.
