Must have some form of Photoshop and know how to use it
Must have some editing skill
Must be active on Gaia
Must be reliable and able to do colorings in a decent amount of time

for Managers:
must have some experience
must be active
must be a people person
Pay:
for colorist/artists:
60% of all sold flat sales
90% of all customs

for manager:
3k a month

Other: I need someone to color my amazing works of art!
The pay will be split evenly and if you do an amazing job,
it will be 40/60 (You get 60 xD). So PM with three examples.

+Also you need to be on gaia at least once a week.
