It looks like that item has only come out the 8th of this month and with most things that are in the first few weeks of being introduced to the marketplace, the prices have only gone down, not up.

I'm sorry, this thread can't help you with that quest right now.

At the price range that item is in (under 300k) your target completion date is 4 months from now and that's 16 weeks. 16 weeks x 10,000g is only 160K. With the downpayment that would be a minimum of 210K. You'd be about 30K off. You need to raise the down payment, the weekly payment or both in order for me to consider your dream.

I purchased the item at 198,998g.
It was much more the other day when I tried to buy it (around 250k) so because I got it at this price, I can take your initial offer of 50K down and 10K a week.
