Looking For: Designer;
Someone to help me design the what each pet will look like through it's stages.

Arist;
Someone to help me draw the lineart for pets at their different stages.
Samples required.
-1 needed, might hire 2.

Colourist;
Someone to help me colour the pets once the artist has drawn them.
Samples are required.

Moderator;
Someone to help keep the thread in line(i.e. making sure no one's breaking the rules, people have the forms posted properly, etc.) and bump everyone once in a while to keep the thread where it can be noticed. Just helping me out with the shop in general.

Criteria: Designers don't have to be AMAZING at drawing, but a little talent would be nice.

Artists have to have photoshop or something that can open and use PSD files and layers, and have to actually be GOOD at using it.

Same for colourists.
Pay: Designer;
For every pet you help create, you get 30% of the profits from each one sold.

Arist
For each pet you draw, you get 50% of the profits from each one sold.

Colourist;
For each pet you colour, you get 40% of the profits from each one sold.

Moderator;
If you're ACTIVE, then you get 1k on a weekly basis, and also a 15% cut of the total profits at the end of the week.

Note; these are not set and stone pays. They might get raised sometime due to certain aspects, but I'll do my best not to ever lower them.
Other: If you would like any more information, just PM and ask~. I'll let you know a little more about the shop anyways if you are interested, and then will completely fill you in on every little nook and cranny of the shop if I hire you. =]
