I'm currently buying advertisement in the form of posting my ad(where allowed). You will be paid at the end of friday, and will be paid by the number of additional members gained during that time. I really don't even care if you yourself got me those members. If I got motivation and advertised a few places yself, you'd get paid for whatever members I get as well, so long as they are applied by the end of the agreed time.
