So I kinda wanna try to get back into Gaia and I had an old shop way back in the day when I played actively. When I quit so long ago the shop ( needless to say ) fell with my leaving. Normally I could re build on my own, but you see, I don't want to because what's the fun in doing things alone.
I'm looking for one or two people. Maybe more, I don't know. Here's the positions and what they would need to be able to do.
Thread Manager - Just what it sounds like. Someone to end events on time, keep track of winners and occasionally crack the whip in my direction. You'll need serious people skills. You can't go snapping at people or you'll be booted faster than a puppy with no bowel control from a million dollar mansion. Sense of humor also required, not as part of the shop needs, but to deal with me and my brilliant sarcasm.

Have you managed a BC shop before:
Can you handle sarcasm:
Do you have other contacts outside of Gaiai: ( IM's, Email, Skype ect.)
Colorists - Editing the art I don't mind doing, but I have trouble with colors. Sure I can do it, but I'm far from the best. I'm better at line work and shade and highlights. This isn't something that I NEED but it's something that would make life a whole lot simpler.
Let's see some examples:

Are 'stamps' or 'brushes' a big part of your coloring:
Contacts outside of Gaia: ( IM's, Email, Skype Ect. )
I won't be keeping a fancy list of who applies, but I will be messaging parties that I'm interested in. The shop has thrived before, and it can again, the art isn't bottom of the barrel and once you've applied I'll show the image to you in the private message to keep this under wraps until we're back in action.
