Jaya, who had been in critical condition, was now stable once more. The doctors had tried to escort Jun from the room, but had seen the look upon the boy's face and had allowed him to stay after all. They had told him that her chances of survival were slim, that she would both be unable to walk and speak if she did survive. But she did survive, and retain her ability to speak, though she was unable to walk after all. Nearly a day after her accident she awoke, slowly at first as the nurse withdrew the needle from the young girls wrist, which had fed drugs directly into her bloodstream. She looked serene as her heavy, labored breathing grew less. When her lashes fluttered open and her hazy eyes focused upon Jun's perfect face, though, it was almost as though they had given her a shot of caffeine. She shrieked at once, and toppled from the bed, pulling the various machines that were still quite connected to her, down and nearly on top of her. Before they could bury her, though, she had rolled a few feet away and was trying to stand. She realized, though, with her face draining of blood and her eyes widening, that she could not feel her feet, nor could she use them. ' No. This wasn't part of the plan! ' she thought wildly, staring at Jun in horror as she fell to the floor again. No, it was no use - her legs just wouldn't respond. They were as good as gone. Jaya grabbed her own ankle and placed her foot pads-down on the floor, and tried to put all of her weight on it again. The foot wobbled, and with a sickening crunch bent sideways. And Jaya didn't even feel a thing. " Wh-what's happening? Why aren't my legs moving?! I don't know what's going on! " she cried, falling to the ground once more, looking to Jun for answers.

↛ Jun sat by Jaya's side ever since she had been submitted to the hospital. Jun laid his head down for a short nap until he had felt Jaya's finger twitch. He woke up immediately, he was conscious because he couldn't wait for her to open her eyes again. He was scared for her life, ever since he was told that she was in such a critical condition and she may not survive. But it was just two stories! So Jun had faith in Jaya, he knew she was strong and prayed that her legs would work again.

Once she had awoken Jun had this warm, welcoming smile but then it faded into a frown when he heard Jaya let out a shrill cry, making him stumble backwards. "J-Jaya! Wa-watch out! Don't hurt yourself!" Jun begged. He ran over to the other side of the hospital bend to see her tangled in the wires of the machines and then the buzzer went off loudly. Jun quickly undid the wires and fixed the machines whilst watching Jaya struggle. It was like you were watching a crippled child fight to get away from a murderer. "It's okay, it's okay!" Jun cooed, trying to calm Jaya. Showing her everything was fine, when it really wasn't.

Immediately after the buzzer ringed, it signaled an emergency, and nurses filed in quickly. Checking if her vitals were okay, and then shut the buzzer off when they had proof she was once again stabilized. Shortly after the nurses left, Jun sighed sadly. He began telling Jaya of her situation and then grasped Jaya's hand tightly in hers. "Why?" Jun began. His eyes were somber and you wouldn't want to look into them for too long, otherwise you would begin crying yourself. "Why did you have to sacrifice yourself for me?" Jun asked. "You could've at least pushed me out of that window than yourself! At least I'd have the better chance of surviving with less injuries!" Jun began to cry a little. "Just because I had sex.. Why are you torturing me like this?!" Jun panted. He was crying a little now, he wish his mothe was there.. To comfort him..↚

Hikari's face flushed rosy red when Yuki said, "Ah, I see! You look so cute, though! But being a tomboy isn't a. Bad thing. I can be quite tomboyish myself." The brunette blushed because of the compliment. Gosh, first it was Jun, then it's Iri now it's Yuki & Luna? Why is so many people complimenting her today? She nodded at the whole tomboy thing while Iri took care of Yuki's and Luna's order, writing it down. "I'll get your orders ready." she told them before leaving them alone.

Hikari noticed that once Iri left, she could feel Yuki's attention onto her. She didn't even bother to look at Luna and question why she was blushing. "Ne, Hikari chan. Please don't think badly of Jun. He's never acted like that, he was sad that people has forgotten him and he's been forced to be lonely for quite some time. I felt bad for him, please don't think badly of my brother." She heard Yuki say softly to her. She leaned back into her seat, sighing as she closed her eyes for a moment before opening them and looked straight at Yuki.

"I appreciate you telling me, but how can I not think so badly of Jun? I can't even forget about how much of a jerk he is back at that hospital. Even though I don't remember him fully, he's so aggressive towards Iri! I don't like a person like that!" she exclaimed, slamming the table loudly and almost attracting other customers. She noticed then and went silent for a minute before continuing, her voice now soft this time, "Aish... what's with him being so lonely like this? Fine, I will not think so badly of Jun, but once I regain my memories, it's over. I mean, what's the point of going to him if he already had Jaya? I..." she trailed, staring at the table with a blank gaze, suddenly remembering something before continuing, "I even knew that Jaya was his first love and not me. Either way he would still try to find a way to socialize with me." she told them. "Heck, he even texted me that I looked beautiful back at the party when I check my phone this morning." she said as she opened up her black bag and took out her Hello Kitty iPhone, sliding her finger across the screen for any messages. Sadly, there was none. "And I texted him back saying thank you and apologized for my and Toxi's screaming, but he hasn't replied back..." she mumbled softly, her eyes glued onto the screen.

"Alright ~ ! Here's your orders!" Iri chimed in, walking over to the group with two trays on each of her hands. Her right hand held the tray of the foods and the other held the tray of the coffees. She placed the tray down on the large round table gently and gave their orders: Hikari—her Swiss Chocolate Flavoured coffee and her dry toast with strawberries, Yuki—her brownies and passion ice tea and Luna—her strawberry shortcake and cappuccino. "Hope you enjoy them!" she said with a smile and left once again.

Hikari still stared at her iPhone for minute before putting it back into her bag and picking up her toast, taking a bite out of it. Then she swallowed it befre looking at Yuki, "After we are done with this, we should go to somewhere fun, hmm?" she asked with a small smile on her face as she took a drink from her coffee.

↛ Yuki smiled at Iri, she was dismissed quickly and then Yuki's attention turned to Hikari. Luna and Yuki listened intently and Yuki nearly gasped when Hikari slammed her fist against the table. "I understand, but.." then Yuki too, quieted until the silence was lifted from among the cafe and everyone began conversing gleefully. Yuki sighed, Luna lightly touched her fingers to calm her, which it did a little. "I'm sorry, I wish he was more gentle. But Iri had choked the daylight out of him too, so shouldn't she be equally as guilty as he?" Yuki frowned and stared at the table. "I'm sorry to hear that you guys are falling apart.. We've been bombarding him with texts and he won't answer. I suppose he must have a good reason not to answer. I mean, his girlfriend gets furious for not answering his phone. There has to be a good reason behind it!" Luna smiled confidently.

When Iri had come back, the two girls smiled joyfully at her and gave her their thanks, and Yuki began sipping out of her passion ice tea. "Sure we can go somewhere fun!" Yuki and Luna smiled excitedly. "Yeah, like to the mall, or something!" they smiled and then Luna pulled out her android purple phone. She began texting jun madly, he really wanted a response from him.

Jun sighed. How many times did he feel his iPhone vibrate securely in the pocket of his sweatpants? Jun sighed frustratedly whilst staring at the ceiling and then looked back down to see the messages he received. He first replied to Hikari.

To: Hikari
From: Jun.

Hey, I'm sorry I didn't reply earlier. I'm at the hospital.
Theres been an emergency with Jaya.
She.. Injured herself, and lost her legs.. She can't even walk..
I'm scared, I feel like I'm being tormented.
I wish someone could save me from this hell.
But don't worry, I'll continue to text you. I have no one to speak to, as of now.
Jaya looks at me as if I'm an ugly horrifying demon.

To: Luna
From: Jun.

I'm sorry, Luna! I am at the hospital.
I am with Jaya. She lost her legs, and.. I'm very sad.
I've been waiting for her to awaken, and she is awake now.
I must take advantage of this time.

To: Yuki
From: Jun.

My goodness, you guys.
Talk so much! How many texts did I have to read with you just contradicting yourself?!
Anyway, I'm at the hospital. With Jaya. I'm sorry I havent answered before.
Is Iri feeling better? I sure hope so...

Jun texted, he sighed in relief as he had got that off his chest.. finally.

Yuki gasped at the sight, she was happy she had gotten a response from his after so many hours! Luna bit her lip, she felt herself shaking. She was worried for Jaya, what of she can never walk again? Then she can't swim and everything has to go much slower for her. What was worse, was how is Jun feeling about this? He must've been heart broken. But what puzzled her was how did she loose her legs?!↚

✎ Kai had texted Jun and Yuki at the privacy of his room. Where were they? They weren't home, that's for sure. When Kai had called their home phone, a servant politely answered and told him that they were unavailable at the moment, which meant they were not there. After a while, Kai found out Jun was at the hospital with Jaya, and Yuki went out to a cafe.

"Ah, so bored!!" Kai yelled out and Michael had come in through his bedroom doors. "Whoa!! Wh-what are you doing here?!" Kai exclaimed, he was surprised Michael was here in his home. "I'm bored, too. I want to go out and see someone, like Jun or something." Michael smirked. He looked as if he was ready to inflict pain on Jun if he finds him. "Oh.. Okay." Kai said, his tv was on and was playing a movie named 'Derailed'. The scene that attracted Kai was how the father was like, "It's okay, baby! Daddy's here! You'll be alright." he said to his daughter, whom has diabetes. Kai felt bad for the girl, but he sincerely couldn't wait to become a father, he would make a great one, too.

Just as Kai zoned out, Michael had gone. Michael located Jun's phone and he was going to go see him. No matter what.

Just when Michael came into the hospital, he shivered. He couldn't help remember the dying Kai, but he lifted his spirits, he was here to see Jun! Now, he was trying to figure out.. Why was he here?

Hikari sighed when Yuki said that she wished that Jun went a little more gentle on her, but Iri too choked the daylight out of him as well, and that she should be equally as guilty as he. She took a glance at Iri who was now behind the counter once again, taking her customers' orders. She looked perfectly though, smiling happily. It seems not one thought of that day had even bothered to come up into her head.

"I'm sorry to hear that you guys are falling apart.. We've been bombarding him with texts and he won't answer. I suppose he must have a good reason not to answer. I mean, his girlfriend gets furious for not answering his phone. There has to be a good reason behind it!" She heard Luna say with a confident smile plastered onto her face. The brunette raised an eyebrow at her before looking away.

"Sure there is..." she muttered under her breath. While finishing the last of her strawberries and her bite of her dry toast, she could hear her iPhone ringing in her ringtone played "Miss Independent" by Ne-Yo, in the instrumental version. She took it out from her bag and checked for her messages. Apparently, she had received a message from Jun. She tapped on the "Read" button to take a look at the message. Her eye widen a little as she read the message, seeing that he is at the hospital for the emergency with Jaya. "Oh gosh, Jaya injured herself and lost her legs? How terrible..." she mumbled, feeling pity overtaking her. 'Omo... he's scared. If I was in his place, I would've just taken it calmly... but then, I'll end up like him, being scared and tormented. I can even see that it will all go down to hell.' she thought in her head silently. As she continued to read on, she pursed her lips. "As I thought. He will continue to text me since he have no one to speak to right now." she said. "Gosh, what's with Jaya all of sudden? It's like she had been possessed by some kind of devil while looking at Jun like he's some horrifying monster." she mumbled, looking away from the screen and onto the other customers from the tables apart from them, seeing them chattering happily and not knowing what is going on. She put her iPhone back into her bag and said, "I would reply back, but I have this weird feeling that he might be annoyed... because you two have texting him so much like mad. He might burst into flames if I texted him back... It must have driven him insane." she said with a small laugh.

She took a look at her plate, and it seems that it was empty, leaving with only crumbs from the dry toast and stems from the strawberries. Only her coffee was half-empty She picked up her coffee and decided to finish it off. Once she did, she let a sort of cat-like mewl as she puffed out that hot steam. "Alright ~ ! As much I destest it, we shall go to the mall. I'm just doing this make Iri feel good at herself." she said to the girls, smiling warmly at them.

Asurja rolled down the darkly tinted window of a rental limo and blinked into the bright sunshine. The grounds of the University lay before him. 'It's so... Small. Where will I lose myself in the wilderness? I mean, seriously. I don't even see any cliffs I can toss Sh** over.'

The wide tires of the limo tacked smoothly along the pavement as they pulled up the driveway, leading to one of the main buildings. Asurja grumbled loudly as he adjusted his clothing. He'd dressed for winter. It was november, for goodness sakes. Up in the Mustang district, where much of his family's land was, it was snowing buckets. Here, though, it was nice and sunny, even pleasant. Most of the clothes in his suitcase were for winter weather, which at the moment he assumed did not even exist in Japan.

Almost at once they were at the front steps. Stepping lazily out of the back seat, Asurja clicked the door shut behind him. Casting a caustic look at the driver as he pulled the suitcases from the trunk, Asurja strolled into the building, keeping his huge umbrella above him until the last moment. He stopped at the threshold for a moment, awed by the expert architecture inside the building. Locating a campus map, he found the dining area, and set off. His driver would place his suitcases in his room and hopefully unpack for him, though with Asurja's temper the whole drive, it seemed unlikely.

Asurja was sweating profusely when he arrived, dressed entirely too warmly in an elaborate kimono he'd bought when he found out he was going to University. Setting his umbrella near the front counter, he wandered up to the woman behind the counter. A dark haired beauty stood before him. "Please tell me you sell CTC tea." He crossed his fingers in his enormous sleeves, waiting for a reply.

Iri heard a male voice behind her when she saw not facing the counter at all. She was too busy checking her phone for something. She put her phone back into her pocket and turned to see a dark haired male in front of her. She looked at him oddly at his clothings. A kimono? It's bright and sunny out here, yet it's so large that it might be used for winter. It's not even snowing at all... Shaking that thought away, she began to smile warmly at the male. When he said if they had CTC tea, she nodded. "What's not to have? We have everything here." she said, her voice soft yet cheery. She had that small notebook in one hand and a pen in the other. She wrote down that one simple item he wanted then looked back up at him, her ruby almost bloody red eyes boring into him. It feels sickening once that happens, so best to only avoid her gaze and not last for 15 seconds. "Is that all you want?" she asked them. She had this sudden urge to ask him something, so she did. "Excuse my rudeness, but are you from another country, perhaps? I can probably tell because of what you're wearing..." she asked him, her eyebrows raising as she waited for an answer from the male.

Jaya shied away from Jun as the nurses arrived, allowing them to rebut once they had departed it was only she and the boy who sat facing each other, both looking exhausted. Jaya, though shying away from Jun, listened intently to his story - no, their story - what had happened since she had jumped from the building. And when it came to the point where he was crying and asking her why she had done what she had, she had to look away and frown. Why was he crying? He still had two good legs. A family. A new lover. And her she sat, unable to walk, cry, or even look Jun in the face. But, worse than the fact that she was immobile and so desperately ill was the growing guilt in her stomach, something that she had not expected in her state of madness. She sat there silently, gazing out the window with an expression that said that she didn't care, but was really hiding something else. She was relieved when Jun turned away to answer his text messages, and rolled moodily across the bed to face the opposite wall with her back to Jun. She wished that he would leave. Once again, the sleeping drugs dripped into her veins through the tiny needles and she fell asleep.

Asurja felt a mischievous smile slide over his features as the girl looked at him oddly. He'd drawn several similar looks at the airport, but this was probably the most obvious stare he'd gotten yet. His eyes glinted in amusement at the girl's reply. After she wrote down his order, she looked him full in the eyes, like she was searching for something. Her eyes were a vibrant red, brighter even than the Dutch tulips his parents had imported to their hothouse.

Slightly unnerved, his smile faded quickly. He averted his eyes to the pad in her hands. At her next series of questions, his smile returned faintly. "Yes, tea is all for now. And yes, I am from another country. I'd hoped this traditional dress would diminish my obviousness, but it seems I've accomplished the opposite." Pulling a folding fan from his sleeve, he snapped it open, fanning himself. "I must say, this weather is Not what I expected. It is most definitely not winter here."

Asurja slipped his hand into his obi, fingering his smokes and flask alternately, trying to decide if it was advisable to show his cards this early in the game.

Iri nodded in understandment as she listen to what he had said about his clothings and the change of weather, apparently he've chosen winter clothings for he thought that it will be winter here in Japan, but his thoughts were sadly mistaken. But, hey! Not every countries have winter season, so time changes when you go to different places. She grinned as she ripped the note and gave it to the male behind her so that he'll get the CTC tea he wanted. "Ah, I get what you mean. It was like that before with my little brother. Apparently, when my brother and I went to United Kingdom, he accidently wore summer clothes when he knew that it might be winter in UK." she chuckled at the memory. She looked at Hikari, Luna and Yuki who were still at the table before looking back at the male, whose gaze had averted onto something else. "He's lucky I brought some winter clothes for him. He's adorable, but sometimes an idiot." she said with a smile. "I could get you some clothes that'll fit this weather, since I'm an assisant of a fashion designer..." she trailed off, suddenly lost in thought. Then she gasped when she realized what she is doing. "Ah! Aniyo... I shouldn't be rambling on. I should get on with your order." she exclaimed before turning around, not knowing that he was putting his hand into his obi to get his smokes and flask. She turned around, holding the CTC tea bag out towards him so that he may take it. "That'll be $3.50. Unless you don't have any money with you..." she said softly, looking at the small line behind the male then leaning in closer to him, just closer enough for her so that nobody can hear what she's saying, though she was a a couple of inches away from his face. Yah, it's not like she would go and kiss him, that's just wrong! She just met him for gods' sake! "I can make it free for you and keep it a secret." she said with a wink before leaning back behind the counter and held out her hand, gesturing him to give up the money.

Still fiddling with his flask, Asurja almost jumped when the girl replied with a story. Mildly interested, a small mischievous smile took hold on his face. If nothing else, it seemed this lady loved to talk. As she trailed off, her words took root in Asurja's mind, finally registering what she was saying. Before he had a chance to reply, she was spouting off his total. As he reached into his sleeve, she got very close to his face, whispering. His smile grew.

'I see now. This woman knows who I am. She probably thinks that by getting on my good side, she might forge an alliance with my family. But wait! What if she's just a commoner? I mean, she IS working in a cafe at the school. Though it might just be a pastime of hers. She did offer to help stabilize my wardrobe... An assistant to a designer. She must have connections to have arrived there...

Asurja continued thinking for a minute before realizing that a line had formed behind him, and the other customers were growing impatient. He quickly settled on a plan of action. Pulling a twenty from his pocket, he spoke in rhythm. "Well, fair lady, I confess. I always pay my debts. Though here I find my self still deep in deficit. I must now be on my way, though if you might grace me with a presence in the library two hours hence, perhaps we might settle a score." Smiling handsomely, he accepted the tea and hot water. With another flourish, he set the twenty in her hand gently before bowing almost to the ground. He stepped aside to let the other customers order and picked up his umbrella.

The table was filled wih a round of gasps as they all each individually earned a text from Jun. Luna and Yuki frowned. How could this happen?! "T-that's terrible.." Yuki said solemnly before connecting her gaze with Luna. "As much as I want him to be by Jaya's side, he should come home. I miss him, and he's not married. So why must he watch Jaya so closely like she's his wife?" Luna shrugged, what must she do? So Yuki texted this back to Jun furiously.

"I hope he comes home. He sounds calm, and he sounds like he's joking with me in a way. But he'll text back. He always get yelled at by his girlfriend for not answering his texts, so he tried picking up the habit of texting back." Yuki assured the two girls. Just then, they noticed a boy walk in just warmly for winter. It made Luna slightly curious, but she tried not to stare at him too much. He'll feel awkward, so she turned away as quickly as possible.

✎ Michael smiled, he finally, with the help of the service desk successfully located Jun. Since Michael did not know who it was Jun was visiting, it took a little longer to find him. Michael had to look where Jun signed himself into what room, and that is how he found out.

Michael walked down the hallways. The tiles were white and had a bit of yellow vibrant tiles randomly places here and there. The walls were painted a color to somehow coordinate with the tiles. The ceiling lights were bright, and then he spotted the door with the specific room number he had been looking for. Michael turned the knob, and he spotted Jun straight away. Michael only had some respect for the patient, so he kept his voice low and tried his best to not frighten the patient. "Jun, I have gone through a great deal of struggle to find you, it ticked me off that I had wasted so much time." Michael snapped, he came closer, his voice still low. Michael rose his pale arms into the air slightly, his fingers gently wrapping around Jun's long, slender neck. My goodness, the boy was very handsome. Not to mention sexy. He then began strangling Jun. But not too hard, he wanted it to get gradually stronger, he couldn't wait to hear this boy gag. So Michael pressed harder, until he was satisfied. Until he saw the pleading look in his eyes for him to let go. "Heh." Michael smirked.
