The stinging had stopped and she was rather proud it did. Less pain, more gain. Hearing Orion's words, she blinked her eyes open. It was blurry at first, but not nearly as blurry as it was before he put his hand on her. A grateful smile went on her lips once everything was back to picture perfect view. Ah, now there was a face to go with that voice. ”Thank you, Orion. You are very sexy.” Sexy as in honorable. duh.

Ray nodded at Lucy's comments. Even though he had not seen president luthor the way he spoke always seemed a bit off. They were soon at Metropolis and Ray was surprised at how big the city was. He'd had limited experience with places outside of Central City. He then noticed two people nearby at a bus stop and heard the woman call the man sexy. "Sounds like someone's playing his cards right." Ray said softly not knowing the woman was a member of one of the races that Lucy was and that she didn't know the meaning of the word 'sexy'.

He turned to Lucy smiling. "Shall we see if they need help with anything?" he asked nodding toward the two. He'd noticed the woman blinking quite a bit. Though maybe it was just after having the guys' hands over her eyes and she was just adjusting to the sudden light change. Either way it would at least be prudent to check first.

No, it's not a dragon, though I have to wonder why you thought of that first." Jin said in a questioning tone, looking over Nova's shoulder with a raised eyebrow. Had she seen other spirits before? Regardless really. "No, it wasn't a dragon. It was a drake, a member of the lesser dragon species. And as to blending in...well..." Jin said before a haze started to fall away from the sisters before their 'inhuman' bits showed up. It was revealed that Nova was currently wrapped up in Jin's tails too. the clothes were much the same though. Then Nova asked if her realm was primarily magic based before following it up with if they were still tricksters and asking how messing up a witches potion could result in them getting banished.

This time it was Li that decided to start talking. "Well, magic was the ruling force there, but technology had just started appearing. As for still being pranksters...Jin and Yin aren't. I'm the one that kept that part of the personality. But don't worry, I don't prank friends and family. As for how it was bad...well...the ingredients she had to use were extremely rare. Likely the fruit of about five years. So you can see why she did it. Plus her hair was like a rainbow, it kept changing colors last we saw her. It likely did blow up in her face as it sounded like it after we left. The end result is what you see. She was seeing too much red to listen to the fact that we could help her replace the ingredients too." Li said with a roll of her eyes. "There's also the fact that we had a habit of pranking those that thought they had power more often than not, so witches and the like were generally the subject of our pranks. A little bit of humbling kept them from getting a swelled head. Still, that particular witch will probably be left drained for weeks still to come. Inter-dimension travel isn't a magic that can be used lightly. It's also not something in our bag of tricks." Jin took over, finishing the explanation before looking at Nova once more. "So? What's your opinion of us now that you know our past?" Jin asked Nova, curious as to hearing what she'd say.

Kori was enjoying her evening as things had gotten more relaxing for her work wise. It had turned out that Larry was a horribly bad person not much to her surprise. He'd actually forced several models into relationships with him to keep their careers and worse yet recorded several of them. When she had gotten on to him for the attempt to make her do a shoot after Luthor's death, Larry tried to have Rude destroy evidence of his deeds. Rude being an intelligent and caring person instead turned him over to the board that ran the agency. Despite his protests the board gave him Larry's job.

Rude knowing how Kori felt about certain shoots made it more evened out the amount to where she had as many regular fashion shoots as she would her more mature shoots. He also let her pick which ones she'd do which made getting worn out a thing of the past. She was cuddled up in her bed with Mark who would visit from time to time since Rude set a new bodyguard for Kori. She was a nice girl and knew when to give her some time alone. Mark was on vacation technically since Rude was sure he'd have wanted to beat Larry up as well as all the current models on hand had guards assigned. So the two of them enjoyed each others company though Kori made it clear that any fun they had was just that fun. Oddly enough Mark was fine with that.

20 mins ago- Michael looked threw a dirty broken mirror somewhere in the Europe, the eyes were never his but now neither was the face starring back at him. He put his hand threw the rest of the mirror, the kryptonian boy was becoming a problem to control, a problem he an Marcus would have to deal with.
Current time-
In this body, it took minutes to travel halfway around the world, no time at all. He came to a sudden stop in the sky's of Metropolis. His eyes particularly narrowed down n his next destination. "Marcus, I've found him, I'm about to make an approach....The Kryptonian is getting harder to maintain, he keeps fighting me. He has to be neutralized for good...... I wanna see my family after this Marcus." His eyes trailed off at the thought, how could he see hem with this face, this body, they were not his own but he missed them so much and they were right here in this city. "I'll return, after I see them.." His feet touched down right out side the door of the antique shop, his target already knew Red kryptonians face, that would with prove to be useful, or problamatic.
He opened the the door, stepping inside, his eyes found the Alantian, Kaldur, assasssnated his own father to take his army..... He understood way Marcus wanted him. "Kaldur...." It would be Conner's face he was looking at but it wasn't Conner. He had no intention of maintaining an illusian, he only hopped it helped with the approach.
"I am not Kon-El, my name is Michael....." He then pulled out an invalope inside and invitation to Luethiria from Dr Corvinus. "We have a mutual friend...." That was was it he handed over the invitation, and it was over, he was gone. Short and sweet and friendly was always better for good business.

The big idiot didn't mean to be caught off track like that. "Flaming?" It had taken him half a second to get what Kara meant. "Oh, flaming. No, no way. You're impossible to flame. You're perfect." Freakazoid lightly laughed at her comment about him being colorful. "I think I'm more blue than any other color. I guess I could change the suit. Add more color minus any blue."

Honestly he heard the blonde talk to herself, but it went in one ear then out the other. Who didn't talk to themselves at least once? Plus, everyone had to have just a smig of insanity in them. And Freak being well... Freak, he couldn't really say anything. ”Kara. I love it.” The name suited her well. Then again, he would think that regardless of the name. ”Kara, I got to ask... Did it hurt when you fell from heaven?” Wow, that was super cheesy. ”I know that was cheesy, but you are an angel.” he added, rubbing the back of his neck as he kept his smile going.

“well, if there are no other urgencies why not~ it looks like superman has things sorted for now but I will have to listen in on him of you don’t mind… I just like keeping tabs”

”Don't mind at all. You gotta do what you gotta do.” He then started listening in on Superman's and the creature that called himself Neo aka the Devil. And really... truth be told... he didn't like how it was going. His eyes narrowed lightly under his mask when he saw Superman let the murder go. What the hell?! One does no simply let the villain go. ”You said it.” he spoke out loud, seemingly talking to himself.

His eyes then softened once Kara played with his hair. It was already somewhat messy. Well... before he smoothed it out a few minutes ago. However that was short lived when Superman made his appearance, not even lifting a finger to go after the serial killer. And to think he looked up to him. The only thing that prevented the blue male from scolding Superman about it was that he had asked for Kara’s help and she had already said she would. No point in ruining her cheerful mood. He had at least that much sense. ”Hey.” he spoke, feeling a bit insulted while looking up at the ceiling for a split second before turning his attention to Kara when she nudged hm. He flashed her a smile right after. ”Of course. Just give me a shout. I’ll hear.” His gaze went to Superman for a split second. ”I’ll find that Devil guy and finish what you started. Can’t have him running around killing people.” He then winked at Kara and stated before running off, ”Catch ya later.”

After a little bit more of talking with Alfred, there were a few more things that he needed to attend to, leaving Gio to sort of just think for a little bit. It was then that the phone rang. He gave it a little bit before picking it up, just to make sure Alfred didn't come rushing to the nearest phone. "Wayne Manor, Giovanni speaking," He answered not really sure what to really expect from someone calling at the hour. However, Bruce being a CEO of a fortune 500 company and being in charge of the Gotham restoration effort, it probably wasn't really that surprising. It was a pleasant surprise when the other person turned out to be Barbara. "Oh hey Barb, Alfred is a little bit busy right now. You know how stubborn he can be when it comes to cleaning and taking care of things."

"Hey Gio its Barb" she said after he spoke. Letting out a chuckle to his comment about Alfred she sighed "Yes that I do, how are things there? I am sorry I left without a goodbye... things were kinda rushed..." she said softly remembering that she never really got to say goodbye to him nor to Alec. "Is Alec still hanging around the manor?" she asked curiously, bringing up her knees into her chest as she rested her head on the tops of her kneecaps.

Looking at his watch wally noticed it was starting to get late. “well I guess she aint gonna show, I knew I was being to optimistic” pushing himself off the wall, wally walked out of the alley way. ‘I want to stay but I just know she’ll never come…’ looking left thhen right he didn’t see anyone not that was unusual for this time of night but he was expecting someone walking about, a drunk or someone. Shrugging wally walked on down a road but it didn’t take long for gun shots in the distance to catch his ear.

“welp its ‘helpin’ the innocent’ time…. But I don’t have my uniform aaw crud” pulling his hood up high over his face wally knew td be pretty hard for anyone to make him out especially as it was late. Zipping through the streets wally skilfully darted around the odd and very few people that were out as he went through alleyw and down streets until he was about a good hundred yards from the scene. Looking ahead he wasn’t surprised but at the same time he was slightly taken aback. Their were people on the ground they looked like some of the meta’s he met in the hive as well as some new ones. He saw skeleton man and Tabitha with a rather well rounded feline like person. Seeing zero healing the apparently unconscious arthor, wally cast his gaze up to see terra on her clumps of stone. He didn’t see jinx but it was evident she was their as he could hear her talking to everyone.

‘I know she hates my guts but I gotta try to soften the edges a bit atleast…’ walking back into a grouping of shadows as to not be seen wally shot off and grabbed a single rose from somewhere before running back to the building the hex slinger sat atop. Not stopping wally dropped the rose infront of her and ran a few buildings away. He wanted to see her reaction, if it was anything like his jinx she would have torched the flower as soon as someone commented on it, slung it over her shoulder and not cast it a second glance. ‘but you never know I mean she did smile before’ standing a good few rooftops away wally watched her. ‘hell if id have known it would be this easy id have tracked her down ages ago instead of waiting’

At the time Kaldur'ahm was viewing one of the exhibits on display in the antique shop
when the door's mechanism chimed, diverting his attention away from the momentary distraction that had lured his interest only a moment or two ago, adjusting to the not-quite-new but unfamiliar face that had engaged him in that space.

"I am not Kon-El, my name is Michael....."

His brow quirked hearing this, not sure what the mans statements meant but it was his next statement that followed that raised flags in his conscious mind. So whoever this Michael was, he seemed to know who he was more than did himself. He hadn't quite put it together at the time but, he recalled seeing his face from somewhere.

"We have a mutual friend...."

He was then handed some type of envelope. Taking the envelope in his hand, he then nodded to the man who introduced himself as having a mutual friend. Then as mysteriously as he revealed himself, he took his leave. Kaldur felt the need to bring up something so long as the man was still in his presence of the shop but nothing immediate came to mind. Then he thought back to the dream sequence he had previously.

"Now...wait a moment. Can you tell me who is the white-haired woman? I've been seeing the white haired woman in my dreams as of late. " Hearing this come out of his mouth he realized just how ridiculous of a question he had posed. Asking someone you barely know about someone you've only seen in a dream? He chided himself for even asking such a hair-brained question. He half didn't expect the man to engage in a response, much less know something like that.

"I just want to know what my destiny is" He glanced down for a moment, then to the letter he had been holding which began to look more attractive the longer he stared at it. "Well then" He didn't intend to remain in the shop much longer, something told him this was the kind of thing you wanted to look at in the privacy of ones own studio.

It seemed Kaldur had suffernd some memory lose, this for him, was a good thing, it ment no questions would be asked to how he acquired this body. Unfortunately if he started to give the boy answers to what he knew about Kaldur's past which is only what Conner knew, also what Marcus had briefed him on it might jog that lost memory and great some unwanted problems. Kon-El was already trying to push him back, just by being in th Alantian's presences. "As I said, I am not Kon-El....." He could assume Kaldur meant the mother of his child, which Michael had no concern for honestly. "I only serve a man's who serves a cause greater than you or I....." he stepped forward with confidence in his words, placing a hand on Kaldur's shoulder. Dr. Corvinus, is saving the world. We are making a better world, a world of peace.... Dr. Corvinus, is going to show the world a better world..... We make our own destinies in this world, and he'll help you make yours." That was it, after hopefully those encoureging words, he was gone now, by the look the boys eye the Alantian was finding the appeal I'm Marcus's offer and he hope he pushed Kaldur into that direction, that was his missions nothing more.

The affirmation from the girls about there being a spirit living up on top of the mountain did little to reassure Nova. At least it was comforting to know it wasn't a dragon, sorta. And as long as it didn't try to kill someone or cause some sort of trouble and kept its distance (mainly from Nova), it could remain there. Though the look on their faces after she had asked if it was a dragon that accommodated by the questioning tone of Jin was enough for Nova to realize that she was going to have to explain why she just to a dragon as her first conclusion. Nova chuckled lighly “Lets just say.. I had a run in with a few dragon spirits once. Didn't leave a great impression on me” Nova shook her head a little as she blushed thing about Zero and when he 'kidnapped' her back to the cave that along with all the dragon bones and the spirits... Ugh At least it was some what reassuring that to know that it wasn't a dragon. Or at least one that wasn't the same as the ones that 'attacked' her so many months ago. A drake, that was what the Jin called it. Whatever that meant. To Nova it still sounded like dragon, maybe not as strong as the others and technically she did say lesser dragon species.

Nova found herself wrapped in what appeared to be a tail coming from Jin. “So this is why I feel so warm!” Nova's hand moved to part of the tail that was close to her face and began to rub it a little. Well that explained a lot. ” And it's so soft!” there was a bit of excitement in Nova's voice as she essentially patted Jin tail. “I guess I should say thank you then.” Nova said as she smiled and looked back to Jin. She was the reason why she had felt so warm. Nova knew it had something to do with the girls. When she walked to the cafe she had been freezing. When she left with them she was only cold for a short time thus she had to assume it was them causing her to be warm. She was almost as warm as what her uniform would have made her, maybe even more so. Since the uniform regulated body temperature meaning never to hurt and never to cold. Though her uniform was a bit more form fitting than soft thus Jin's tail was a welcome gift currently.

It caught Nova a little off guard when she head Li speak. Nova's eyes shifted over to the girl as she continued to pat at Jin's tail subconsciously. Unless Jin asked her to stop or said something Nova would probably continue while she listened to the girls. Li was explaining to Nova about how their world worked. Li explained that magic was, in fact the ruling force in their world though technology has just started to come about. “So it was like our would but with Magic just becoming present now.” Nova questioned quietly. She didn't mean to ask the question out loud and wasn't surprised with Li carried on. If she heard or wanted to answer she would one she was finished, “Well that's kinda resassuring..” Nova's eyes remained on Li as she said that she was the one of the three girls... where they even could they be called sisters? Triplets maybe. Anyways when Li said she was the one to retained the tricksters spirit, though didn't tend to prank friends or family. Nova looke to Li as she spoke “Then, I hope I'm considered a Friend...” if she wasn't Nova was going to have to be on her toes with Li. Well at least it was a relief that they only tended to prank those with power. Nova knew that she didn't have to worry about that. She might have had the more powerful weapon on the universe, but she wasn't one to abuse it.

Jin continued where Li left off. Explaining more of their story “So I guess that means you guys won't be returning home soon...” Nova stated quietly. If the girls didn't have the power to return home and the spell to bring the girls here was already draining on the witch enough so that she couldn't send them together and she would have been drained in general for bringing them here. Yeah, it didn't look good for the girls. "So? What's your opinion of us now that you know our past?" Nova's faced when back to it's more serious look. If Jin hadn't asked her to stop patting her tail she would have stopped now. As her hand cupped her face and her eyes drifted down towards the cement of the ceiling. “Well....” Nova started as she looked up to the girls. “I can't really say my opinion of you has changed. I am glad you were honest with me in tell me how and what you guys are...or rather were. And it has put my mind thought at ease. I understand now why you wanted to keep it private over the past week” Nova wasn't sure what the girls wanted to hear from her, or what they expect. “I suppose I should ask if you have any questions for me now.”

Li Jin Yin

Jin wasn't surprised that Nova had started to rub into the fur of her tail. She was always one to make sure it was properly groomed. Much easier to do now that she had sisters. In all honesty there was a subtle difference to the fur of their tails however. Li's would be most akin to silk in it's feel. Jin's was standard fur, fluffy, and warm. Yin's was even fluffier than Jin's however, and almost felt like you were touching clouds. But she was getting distracted. She'd let Nova play with her tail, wrapping a few of her other tails around her in the meantime. It was, however, Li that spoke up. "I suppose our question would be like your own. What's your story? Specifically, what has you living in a mountain and hiding from other humans?" Li asked, leaning back a bit as she wrapped herself in her tails, Yin having already done so. It certainly was cold. Maybe they should retire to a warmer area? Maybe Nova would let them into their place.
