amos looked over at alex and smiled slightly then flicked him off. "leave us..." he reached over and kissed jeryine.

alex rolls his eyes and leaves. jeryine grined a little and kisses amos back.

amos smiled then took out a diamond ring. "...jeryine...will you marry me?"

jeryine gasps softly and tears started to form in her eyes. not wanting to wake lyn and lucifer up and nods her head 'yes' and hugs amos.

amos smiled and hugged her back and held onto her as though he was afraid at any moment she would disappear. lucifer stirred a little and quietly wrapped his arms around lyn and drew her close to him. amos looked at them and smiled but wrapped his arm around jeryine's waist.

jeryine smiles and lays her head on his shoulder. lyn smiled sligtly and woke up, looking up at her mom. "don't try to hide the fact that your getting married mom cause you know me......"

amos looked at them and smiled. "now girls...no cat fights. i love you both." he reached over and held lyn as well. "i love you...my daughter." he kissed her head. "...and...i would like to be your father if you'd let me."

"i would love for you to be my father amos but.......don't you think it would be kind-of odd" jeryine looked at lyn. "what do you mean?" "well if lucifer and i are getting married and you and amos are getting married......wouldn't i be marrying my own step-brother?"

amos nodded his head and crossed his arms over his chest. "...i suppose so. but i tell you what." he wrapped his arms around lyn. "we won't think about us as that. just as close friends and possibly more."

she smiles and hugs amos. "ok, father. i like that idea"

amos smiled and held her close to him then kissed her cheek. "yes....i would like that as well."

jeryine smiled and kissed lyn's forehead. "i'm glad that we can be a family again"

amos smiled and nodded his head then looked at the still sleeping form of his son and sighed. "...i somtimes wonder if he ever wakes up.'
