Quick Intro Notes

There was an attack at a local Cardiff Supermarket caused by an influx of Weevils. Point of entry? Unknown. Toshiko Sato cross referenced the sewer and maps of Cardiff giving Jack locational hotspots. Witnesses? Reianne AKA The Hostes. Owner of local alien hot spot Caritas. COVER UP BY TORCHWOOD Investigation undergoing.

Toshiko Sato picked up Rift activity in the old factory district. Jack Harkness and Ianto Jones went to investigate and found their communications shut off. Jack was face to face with an old flame from his Time Agency days that is now staying in town and planning a celebration for the Tilgrans and Goraths for the signing of the peace treaty. Cecilia Roberts will be staying in a hotel near Torchwood and within the Hub for the next few days working with Jack.

Twin aliens, one male and one female, are requesting help to diagnose what is going on with the male. He seemed to be shifting in and out of his alien and human forms and Jack has never heard of anything like this. Jack has set up an appointment for the boy named Vincent Cole to see Owen. Perhaps the medic and the boss can put their heads together and figure out what is wrong with him...maybe not.

#3 This is a Semi-Lit to Lit roleplay. Spellcheck is your friend. Make sure your posts make sense.

#4 You must be able to post at least 2 to 3 times a week for each character you play unless a supporting role. I can understand if you have something going on, but if it is a constant I will replace you or terminate your position. End of Story.

#5 Do not become a problem for the team. I respect everyone I roleplay with and if you can't handle being a team player, why are you even roleplaying on this site? Use your brain and manners.

#6 This is the main thread, there will be an OOC provided. Use it. Any OOC information that is not in a post in the main thread will only be given out by Jack.

#7 All profiles will be PMed to me with the headings Torchwood Member, for all the main team members (i.e. Ianto, Tosh..) Torchwood Ally, for OC Torchwood members or the human or alien help on the outside. Enemy of Earth, for hostel alien life on Earth and villains. I just want Life on Earth, for civilians and neutral characters.

#8 I am a fair thread owner and have been roleplaying 8+ years, if you disagree with something I say that is totally fine I assure you. Pm me your problem and we will discuss what actions need to be taken. However, make your argument clear. I am not one for keeping around people who (and let's not sugar coat it) b***h about the little things. I will take care any problems and situations that I find, and usually discretely out of respect for the person's privacy. Although I will state I am not opposed to shedding public light on some occasions if I feel the situation calls for it. This is just as much a democracy as any

NOTE: I have not received a profile for Owen Harper or Gwen Cooper. If I don't receive one within the next week they are going to be fired on the grounds that their ******** around caused them to skip out on important events.

As of 4/30/2012 Gwen Cooper and Owen Harper have been Retconed and fired from Torchwood. Should someone want to play these characters that is fine but they will not immediately be back at Torchwood.

5/2 Torchwood has found the cause of Weevil uproar. A Plasmavor named Eion was seen at the scene of a giant Weevil attack in the shopping district and was demanding Torchwood Member Todd to come back to his ship. Weevil threat was stabilized thanks to Toshiko and Todd. Investigation still undergoing.

indent Finding a back alley she drove down it quickly. Making her way back to the direction of her flat. Once there she just started to make the speed go a bit quicker, but not fast enough to get a ticket but fast enough to get to Torchwood on time, since it was only about 10-15 blocks away from her flat. Getting there she quickly turned off her car and got out of the car running inside the HUB Help! Someone HELP! She called out. Hoping someone would hear her.

She thought, feeling a little worried. She didn't want to lose someone else again. Sure she didn't know this guy, but he looked like one her closest friends. Hell she thought of Connor as a brother and pretty much was one since Nick sort of fathered everyone on the ARC team when he was alive. This person looked like Connor therefore in her eyes he was Connor. She wasnt going to let anything happen to him. Running up the metal steps a bit she figured that Jack would at least be in his office. Getting to the top she looked in, he was not.

Captain Jack Harkness had just received a message from a certain Toshiko Sato while he was having dinner with an old friend, Cecilia Roberts. The Weevils were moving and their intentions were deadly. Groups had been raising from the sewers and attacking in large numbers, this was very strange for them. He had been there to see it fist hand when they attacked a supermarket. Luckily he, with help from his current lady friend Alex and Rei, they had stopped them before they could cause too much damage. This situation needed to be dealt with and quick before the police got suspicious and before the public got really scared. there was nothing like a whole city of human going berserk at something they didn't understand.
Jack and Cecilia had just walked out of their restaurant, a meal that was at first tease and uncomfortable, but with Jack's charm and sincerity he had convinced her to hear him out. He wasn't forgiven for the things he had done to her in the past, but at least she was being civil and that was all Jack had hoped for. The Captain was very glad of that fact.
Upon their exit, the two were ready to get down to business and kick some weevil a**, but there was a sliiight problem... a big metal problem..

"Ahhh!!" came a scream as a the steering wheel went out of control. This was bad very very bad. Spinning out of control, Sheena didn't know when she was going to stop and at this her hazel eyes were closed and she wished for the hurricane of an accident to stop. When she opened her eyes she was headed straight for a man dressed in a gray trench coat with a dark skinned woman on his arm and she tried swerving out of the way. Before she knew it, the man pushed the woman to the side and facing her head on, "NOOOOOOOOOOO!" she yelled at the top of her lungs but nothing could control her car anymore.
BANG!
Everything stopped... A bag had blown up in her face knocking off her glasses and throwing her head back against the seat. It took a moment, there were people yelling all around her and once she came to, she remember what had just transpired..
Tears were streaming down her face and she scrambled to get out if this ******** metal contraption. Please be alive please be alive... was all she could think as she screamed out her frustration then was finally free.
Getting out of the car she hurried over to the man that was pinned between her car and a wall. This was it.. she had finally killed someone..
"No no no no! I'm so sorry! I am so very ******** sorry! ********]" she yelled as the tears continued to flow. She then wedged herself on the hood of the car and began to push, she had to get him out of there. The brunette male was certainly dead upon impact but she still couldn't believe this had happened. In all her years of caring for the dead she had never killed someone and this was absolutely heart breaking.
Moving the car only slightly, Sheena was able to wrap her arms around the man and pull him from in between the wreck to lay him on the ground. Ripping off her jacket, she knew he was dead but didn't give a s**t and put the leather underneath his head. He was so beautiful too.. Sheena just leaned over him and stroked his face constantly apologizing to him. This was the worst day of her entire life..

"I've still got that stopwatch."

Ianto was mindlessly wiping down the already clean kitchen(he had already cleaned it four times before) when he heard someone run in yelling for help. He threw his damp, dirty towel on to the counter and ran out into the main part of the hub. He heard the yelling from upstairs, he caught a glimpse of long blonde hair. "Alex? I hope she's alright." He went to investigate, he slowly made his way up the stairs to Jack's large office. He ran into Alex on her way down. He grabbed her shoulders. "Alex. What is going on? Is everything okay?" He tried to get an answer out of her, by calming her down, he walked her down the few steps he walked up. Breathe, tell me what's wrong." Ianto said as he held her shoulders. All he knew was he needed to follow her where ever she was going.

indent Feeling someone grab her, Alex looked over to Ianto trying to retract her fist, doing so just in time since she realized it was him. Not really liking being touched...though by her others it was fine since well there was a connection between them. Either way she stopped herself from hitting her friend. Hearing his words she looked to him, speed talking, which is something she did a lot when she was stressed or worried about something or someone. "There is the boy, half alien, Vincent. Anyway somethings wrong with him and he's maybe close to death, so on and so forth. Owen is suppose to check on him today." Stopping she took a breath then kept on speed talking, "Anyway he blacked out after having an episode at home and now in the back seat of my car."

indent She just looked at Ianto for a second, "Could you possibly help me get him out of me car while I call Jack and tell 'im what happened, an' that Owen ain't 'ere again...it looks like." She said running her hand through her blonde hair as she took out her phone from her sweeter pocket. Sliding her thumb up the screen until she saw the picture of Jack kissing her cheek, and his name, touching the picture and it started to call him.
