"I-It's okay..." said Selena as she sat down at the bottom of her cage after she had been spun "I'm just happy to be able to get out of here." she said with a smile.

With a smile he opened the little bird cages door grabbing the fairy gently and pulling her out and putting a small collar around her neck that was beside the cage it grew with her size and could zap her if she tried to run or attack some one not really worried about the girl doing either the male still had to put it on the looks from the shop keeper were telling him he better not let them all eascape if he was opening the cages on his own with a small wave to the shop keeper from the vampire he turned back to talking to other customers. Looking back at the fairy in his hand he let her go on top of a box not sure if she could fly yet because of being dizzy "Now be a good fairy and dont get into any trouble while i look around ok." he told the small fairy as he lead the red winged angel with him to some kind of vampire slaves cage the girl inside was playing cards from her looks the male knew she was at least part vampire maby she would make a good friend for his son he thought with a smile as he stopped in front of the cage. "Hello miss are you by chance a vampire? or good at cleaning?"

"Okay." said Selena with a smiles and did a little happy twirl glad to be out of her cage 'I'll ask if I can change my size later..' she thought not minding the collar around her neck.

Qirza watched all of this with interest before she followed the vampire male curious of why she did not have a collar. Not that she wanted one but still, perhaps he knows she would not be foolish enough to escape when her energy is still low. Looking at the fairy girl flying with them, she looked right at her with curiousity and wonder.

'So many creatures I have not yet learned.'

Thinking to herself was the best way to pass time besides she wondered how many slaves he was going to get. She just wanted to leave since her wings were itching to be used to fly or at least feel the wind of the outside world.

Looking back at the fairy and the red winged angel he gave them both a smile wondering why the fairy was staying so small he decided to ask her "You know little fairy you can grow the collar lets you grow it fits any size you are" he said with a smile as he turned back to the red winged girl pulling out a red collar with a ruby in the front of it "Sorry but you have to wear one as well at least till we get home it will keep the other people from sticking you back in the cage." he replied as he hooked it around her neck and looked around at the cages to see who else he should get or if he should just head home for the night.

The Human/Demon Slave


From her cage, Reika heard the store doors open. She peered out to the front of the store to see a man in glasses looking through the cages of slaves. She didn't pay much attention to him for long. It was the same routine for her. Watch the masters walk in and then watch them walk out with some other slave. Everytime she watched a different slave leave, her hopes off being out her cage slowly diminishes into nothing. She hugged her knees as she watched the two masters in the store. She rested her head on her knees and closed her eyes. If I don't watch the masters, I can't see them pick the different slaves. Although she couldn't see, she was still listening to everything that took place in the shop. She listened in on everything even though she most likely knew that she was still going to be stuck in her cage in the end.

"I can change back into my normal size?" said Selena with a bright smile and "Changed to her normal size. "It feels good to be out of that tiny bird cage." she said smiling while her long hair was down her back but also on the floor.

Wondering around the male smiled when the fairy changed back to her normal size as he wondered over to a cage that was marked half demon the girl inside seemed to be ignoring every one and not to happy either and yet she didnt seem to be begging to get out interesting he thought to himself as he knocked on her cage "Hello in there how are you ? have you been here awhile? o and are you really a demon or are you a angel?"

His pace didn't slow, or change at all, until he reached the back of the store. He turned, closed his eyes, and listened for a moment. Then he opened his eyes. They adjusted to the dim light, and he scanned the cages nearest him. An albino, likely human, a beast, a cat-girl and a dog-girl, and if atmosphere could be trusted, an elementalist. Excusing the elementalist, their eyes followed him as he passed, but she was sleeping, or dead. None of them interested him.

Somewhere in the middle, between well-behaved and ill-tempered slaves, he stopped. A pale-skinned, red-eyed demoness sat still and silent in her cage. He would have approached, but a young lad- followed by an angel and a fairy- already had.

"Unfortunate." He whispered to himself, but gave them space as he passed.

Qirza saw the fairy growing in full size and blinked in more astonishment though she touched the red collar around her neck. It was strange at how the male was acting so nice and she wondered how long that would last but she herself would not always act so nice back. She would probably give him a hard time though probably in a teasing way, who knows, perhaps she would not despiced staying in these lands as she first thought though she did miss her mother.

Despite her feeling of bliss of being her true size again it faded when she saw a master with glasses and fluttered her wings feeling a bit uneasy when he looked at her and stayed close to her new master who seemed kind.

As he passed, the butterfly-winged fairy's gaze followed him. Much like the caged slaves, and much different from the caged slaves because where their eyes held fear and desire, hers held fear and relief.

Because her master was 'kind'. His lips curled into a blood-chilling smile, and he returned her stare. The vampire-lad might be kind, but he usually they weren't.

And she was going to find out the hard way.

Qirza looked at the fairy to see the girl looking at another master with glasses who stared back. She glared right at him in the eye and on of her wings went up to shield the fairy from his sight, there were two reasons for this. One, the fairy would be going with the vampire male and two, she did not like how he stared at the other girl. Qirza continued to glare at the man with glasses watching him passing them by until he would stop staring at them.

Selena saw him give her a chilling smile and almost clung to her fellow red winged angel slave and fluttered her wings nervously and started to think about shrinking in size again just so she could hide.

He hadn't seen the red-winged angel on his way in. He hadn't seen her behavior in the cage, or directly after, but he hadn't expected this level of aggression AND restraint from any slave. One or the other, perhaps, but both? He quirked a brow, and almost laughed.

"Don't mind me, ladies. I'm passing by, and our chances of meeting again? Slim to none, but I'm flattered by your attention~." He winked at them, and crouched before the cage of a dark-haired young woman. Here, of all places, she played solitaire.

And he felt confident in his assumption that the guards didn't give her the deck.
