Steve ran around the track, trying not to make people feel bad. He'd woken up at 5am, and had been unable to fall asleep afterwards. Feeling antsy and wanted to move, he'd gone to the track to let out some energy. Normally he'd have gone to Natasha's house, but he figured she'd rather sleep than do anything else. He stopped running and sat on the bleachers near the track. He checked his watch, which said 9:00 am. He chuckled a bit. He'd been running for 4 hours then.
Steve looked around at all the people there, and wondered who they were as individuals. He did that a lot more often than most people. He sighed and stood up. Natasha didn't live far. He might as well pay her a visit. Steve blushed slightly at the thought of Natasha. He wasn't used to girls being interested in him, because he wasn't exactly a chick magnet before he got the super soldier serum. And after that, all the women he knew were too old for him. Then he was frozen in ice for over seventy years. The government thought it would be best for Steve to continue his high school career, which didn't make much sense to Steve but he did it anyway. Then madness ensued: Girls were all over him. But only one actually cared about him...
Steve stopped at the local supermarket before he went to Natasha's. He walked up to Natasha's door, knocking and hiding a bouquet of tulips behind his back.
