Hokuto hopped on his bike and flew back to his place to check on the customers. When he walked in everyone shouted "HAPPY BIRTHDAY",Hokuto was so happy with all of the lights flashing and everyone was having fun. He went into the racing room and used on of the other bikes and raced around the Expert track about 4 times,winning first place.

Erika teleported to were the boy she had met was. Her hair was a diffrent coler and so were eyes and cloths . The boy shouldn't recognize her. " So what are you doing " She asked him.

Hokuto was still on the track and was going at least 900 mph,then stopped really quickly at the finish line "hey...where'd you come from...are you a villain,civilian or hero?" he asked not recognizing her. He got off the bike and put it in the garage "well I'm the owner and founder of this place,so choose which ever place you want to go: The Hangout,Stunt Areas,Racing Areas,or Free Areas. The Hangout has a cafe,arcade,pool,garden,and such." he said showing her around the place.

"hm...neutral..." he said "well where do you wanna go first,the water park is there,the hangout is there,and the tracks are over there.". Hokuto went to the cafe and got a brownie.

"okay....well everyone in here is considered a civilian and they have powers...I made this place in the building where people's DNA is altered so they can have powers...well I'll be at the water park..." he said as Hokuto went to the water park in the building and put on his trunks and went to the hot tub. I wonder where that pink flashy woman is....hope she doesn't come in and destroy the place... he thought to himself as he ordered a rootbeer for him and the people in the hot tub.
