He picked up a pipe on the ground sending electricity into it making it an electrified weapon. "now now, im only having my fun, I have no need to try and hurt any of you...yet, my hatred belongs to the horrible people of this wretched city" he said calmly to them all. He quickly dodged a flying car. "what the hell?" he said out loud turning back to the heroes
