It took a bit of time, but Kaguya could see the castle and surrounding town looming darkly over the horizon. Was it just her, or was that thing even more of an eyesore with each passing day? Still, an adventure was an adventure. Anything to break the stuffy cycle of embroidery, manners, and sheer boredom. The bag of peaches was now reduced to half, and Kaguya realized just a tad too late that eating too many not-quite-ripe peaches may not have been her smartest move and her stomach, as a result, had started a protest. But they had looked so goooood, she whined to herself as she drew near to the drawbridge. She leaned against one of the posts and waited until she felt better.

She glared rather sullenly at the bag of peaches. "You looked so yummy, yet you attack my poor maiden's stomach as though you were onions with knives. I suppose this is what the poet meant when he wrote, 'fair is foul and foul is fair'? No, wait, that's not right..."

Alisia was just about to answer the man, "Well, Ye-," But she was cut off. She agreed, they did need to hurry up. The thought of Gannon's dark creatures surrounding them sent a chill up her spine. She shook it off quickly and followed after him.

"You still haven't told me your name." She mumbled, knowing that he didn't want to tell her his name. But she felt it was best if they new each others names since they were traveling together.

Shifting uncomfortably, as he did for many nights now, a Gerudo-male slept with troubled dreams of a violent darkness that blanketed the lands of Hyrule. These dreams often times resulted with the Gerudo waking up to find his machete in his hands, and slashes along the inside of his room. Like so many nights before, the Gerudo found himself awakening to the sight of fresh lines carved into the stones walls of his room. "What is this? Why does this keep happening?" He asked himself, running a weathered hand along the freshly carved design of three triangles joined together, making a much larger triangle.

"Dastan! Are you okay?" A voice outside of the male Gerudo's room asked out loud before his door was slid open. Two female Gerudo guards entered the room, their faces holding worried expressions. "I'm fine... Just another bad dream." Dastan stated, sitting up. He breathed deeply for a few seconds as the two women continued to watch him for any signs of instability. They truly seemed worried about the condition of one of their highly valued fighters. If his mind began to slip, or his body began to fail, what would the future generations of Gerudo turn out like? Would they be unstable as well? These were questions that swam through the womens' minds before looking up to find Dastan gone...

Four Days Later...

Dastan had traveled from the desert lands of Gerudo Valley to the grassy fields of Hyrule in search of work. During his short expedition, Dastan discovered from a local town that the Lord of Houraisan Manor was in dire need of somebody who can keep his daughter in check. Because the Lord was paying handsomely, the idea of being a baby-sitter attracted Dastan's attention. Easy work for easy rupees. The gerudo-warrior soon found himself within the shadow of Castle Town, where he would need to meet with his new employer.
Iris saw them paused and took this as her chance to move forward. She forced her legs to move in the direction of Hyrule castle seeing as it was just as good of a destination as any. Though she tried not to look, she snuck a quick glance at the two taking in the girl's uneasy appearance. She had been from the villiage, her looks told her that, but what she was leaving it with a strange man was beyond her. Still, it was none of her business and she had things to herself. first she needed to find a store, a horse would have to wait. She could only assume that Hyrule would have something seeing as it served under such a large castle that could be seen even from where she was standing. She walked past the two strangers, close enough now that she could even make out their faces. The man seemed calm...too calm compared to the girl's worried expression. Still, she had things to do and she could not stop for strangers brave enough to face this field, experience told her they were the wrong type to run into.

A small frown grew on his face, the first one was interrupting the Sage....he was told never to do that, but, being the first one to find one of the Sages seemed very important to him. The second problem was that she asked for his name, even to the Sages, he liked to keep his name to himself, he didn't want to develop a friendship with one of the Sages. That thought always came into mind, he didn't want to become friends with anyone of them and then die while protecting them, which would most likely happen.

Though on second thought, he owed her a name, he basically came into her village and dragged her out, he nodded. "I can tell you my name...but, don't call me a friend, after I take you to the clan we will most likely never see each other again.." he said calmly, keeping a straight face. "My name is Neo....you already know what I am and what I swore my life to," he said and turned to see where he was going.

Neo waited for her to speak, since he didn't want to interrupt her, his clan would find it very dishonorable. Neo's eye's caught the forest girl heading to the castletown "That is not a wise idea," he thought.

Still internally bemoaning her fate, Kaguya glanced up. It seemed all manner of people were heading to Castle Town for some reason or another. One of them appeared to be a guard. Urk! Not after me, I hope! she thought, trying her best to seem like she wasn't the young mistress of Hourai off on an illegal and slightly dangerous jaunt and getting her guard-babysitters into all sorts of trouble.

Just a normal girl with a bag of not quite ripe peaches and wearing unusually fancy clothes. Nothing for anyone to get excited about, she thought, closing her eyes and humming to herself. She chose not to take into account that an obviously well-bred young lady such as herself, seated outside of an evil-controlled town and humming was likely to be just a tad suspicious, even to the most casual of observers.

She smiled, "That's an interesting name, Alisia replied with a cheerful voice, She wanted things to seem as normal as they could, at least for her. Crossing Hyrule field scared her, which would only be expected. This whole mission seemed very mysterious to her. She didn't know much of what was going to happen to her when she got to their destination.

Alisia caught another glimpse of the forest girl as she went ahead of them, towards castle town. Did she knew what s he was doing? Alisia sure hoped so.

Iris could feel their eyes when they had looked at her but ignored it. She needed supplies, and unfortanatly that last villiage had offered little to what she needed. She looked up at the sky before her. She should have just enough time to make it to her destination before night fall, or so she hoped anyway. Once again she found herself missing the familiararity of the forest. She could only frown knowing that what once was a peaceful sanctuary was a dreaded nightmare. Then again, the world outside wasn't much better. Her fingers tightly gripped the hilt of her sword. She would not be fearful, she was stronger then that.

Dastan had finally made his way to the meeting spot where a Hourai butler waited patiently for him. "Goody day to you, sir." The man said with a bow, which Dastan returned. "All we need you to do is sign this contract stating that you must accompany and protect Madame Kaguya." The butler said, unrolling a piece of parchment. He handed Dastan the crontract, who immediately read it over twice before finally signing it. "Everything is accounted for, sir. Your starting pay..." The Hourai butler handed Dastan a small bag of rupees as his initial starting pay.

Ten minutes passed, with Dastan finding himself silently following the young mistress, who with well attempts, tried very hard to look like a casual girl. The gerudo couldn't help but laugh silently. The Hourai girl stuck out like a sore-thumb, the way she was dressed.

Neo looked back at Alisia "That...is a very bad idea..," he said calmly. "We once sent five clan members into castle town to conduct a reconnaissance," he said then looked to the ground, shaking his head quietly. "They...never came back out of there," he said quietly then went to looking back at the forest girl.

"Do you want to stop her?," he asked, knowing that she might say yes anyway, but, he had to make sure. To him, Neo was actually a follower, if she wanted to stop somewhere or talk to someone it was far from him to try and keep dragging her.

Alisia kept her eyes on the forest girl, watching her advance to the castle. She listened to Neo's word as he spoke, glancing over at him. The story made her feel bad from him, he always seemed to calm on the outside, probably what most of his clan was like.

Alisia looked back at the girl, "We probably should," she hesitated for a moment, "But she looks so determined, I don't want to have to fight her just to make her stop." She explained. Alisia felt that she wouldn't be able to stop her, if she was determined enough to go in there, everyone had their own will.

Kaguya glanced around. The guard was still there. It was painfully obvious that he was her new babysitter. Too bad there was a reason why her father offered such a generous price. Kaguya's antics, late-night trips, and general insanity forced most to quit within the month. Not to mention that she liked to put little magics on them, especially when she didn't want to be followed, and confusion magics were her specialty. Secretly in one hand, she started to prepare a little something that would (temporarily, unless she was quite upset) remove her tail's ability to walk in a straight line, while frowning and pretending to think of something about which she had forgotten. It was the most basic of basics, yet oh-so-effective against humans and monsters alike. And once he realized that his perception had been ruined, she would be long gone.

And... poof, Kaguya thought, mixing her silver-and-purple magic in with a clod of dirt and tossing it in his general direction. The only difference between dirt and magic, though, was that dirt had mass, and magic did not. Therefore, the dirt followed the law of gravity, while the magic chose a different law, namely, Newton's third.

And now, exit, stage left~! she added without waiting to discover the result, sneaking into the castle town proper. There should be all sorts of hidey-holes there, and lots of monsters against which she could test her skills. She was itching for something interesting to happen, and what was more interesting than a one-on-twelve-or-so battle? Her hand rested lightly on her fan as she causally strolled inside as though shopping.

Neo sighed "You know what...let's not bother...if it's bad being trapped out here at night, I don't want to imagine what happens in their at night," he said. "Come on...as I said, we have a long ways to travel before the sun sets," he said as he turned and began walking the oppisite way of the castle.

There destination was where his clan had secretly set up a camp, at Lake Hylia. It didn't seem like a wise idea at first, but, so far they weren't attacked while resting there. Neo looked at her "We're heading towards Lake Hylia, just so you know," he said, he knew it was more than a days walk there and they would probably get there past the sunset, but, she had a right to know where they were heading.

"Just follow me, or better yet, get infront of me so I can't lose sight of you," he said and stopped dead in his tracks, waiting for her.

She glanced away from the girl then, hoping she would stay safe. It was a very dangerous place to go, she agreed with Neo, she didn't want to know what would happen at night in there. Alisia followed after Neo, glancing back at the castle every now and then. She remembered how it looked when she was young, beautiful, majestic, full of life. It was her favorite thing to gaze at every day. But now, it looked dead and dark. Alisia truly hated what the dark king had done to Hyrule, and she truly hated him. She had never hated anyone in her entire life, but the man who now attempted to take over Hyrule, Alisia saw him as her enemy.

"Lake Hylia?" She repeated, nodding her head. Alisia had never traveled to the lake before, it was a rather long ways a way. She was a excited to see something new, but also, very worried.

"Don't you think it would be better if I just stayed behind? I mean, I don't know where I'm going, you do."

The Gerudo-Warrior grinned. Upon reading the contract he had previously signed, the man had been informed of the mind-attacking magic the young lady was known to wield against her previous "baby-sitters" as a means of escaping them. Thankfully, Dastan's training as a fighter taught him how to overcome situations where he could be heavily debilitated. If Kaguya thought this little spell would be enough to get rid of Dastan, she was dead wrong. She would have to try much harder, if she wanted to get rid of Dastan The Trickster.

With incredibly agility and acrobatic prowess, Dastan silently found his way up one of the smaller buildings nearby before giving chase to his quarry. Now that he was under the employ of Kaguya's father, the gerudo took the orders of Lord Hourai serisouly. In a matter of seconds, Dastan closed the distance between himself and the young mistress, using the rooftops of Castle Town to this advantage...

"Where do you think you're going?" He asked, following her into one of her "Hidey-Holes".
